The Tides Inn

 Deluxe Guest Rooms
Deluxe Guest Rooms at the Tides Inn are decorated in British colonial style. Featuring decadent mattresses, CD players, mini bars, Egyptian linens and everything you would expect of a Leading Hotel of the World. The bathrooms have custom fitted marble and Mahogany throughout. All rooms have desks equipped with complimentary high speed, plug and play internet together with either a patio overlooking Carters Creek or a premier location in our main building.
Premium Guest Rooms
Premium Rooms at the Tides Inn feature our signature British colonial style, supremely comfortable beds, Egyptian linens, mini bars, CD players and complimentary high speed internet. Premium Rooms offer either a king bed or two queen beds and due to their larger size, have seating areas and optional sofa sleeper beds. Located in the Windsor and Lancaster Houses, each room has a charming view of Carters Creek from its own patio or balcony.
Vista Suites
Vista Suites at the Tides Inn are our very best and largest suites; they offer all of the amenities and features of our other rooms from the British colonial style to the mini bars, CD players, and complimentary high speed internet. These few unique suites offer you that extra special luxury with private lounges featuring wet bars and an environment suited to entertaining or just perfect for relaxing in your personal opulent and spacious privacy.
Luxury Suite
The Lancaster House Suite consists of a living room and a separate bedroom and features a larger bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa, two baths, dressing area, and full wet bar. This suite is perfect for hospitalities and family gatherings.

Chesapeake Club
The Chesapeake Club is the Tides Inn’s signature restaurant. The multi-tiered layout of the club and East Room accommodates various parties of guests while preserving a more serene atmosphere for those who want a quieter, more intimate dining experience. As you enjoy views of the Tides Marina and Carters Creek, savor regional American cuisine featuring the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay and Northern Neck paired with our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list.
Commodore's
Commodores is an informal and fun pool and waterfront café serving lunch and early dinner seasonally. Located creek side at the main pool overlooking our own sandy beach, Commodore’s is a seasonal restaurant known for its casual light menu featuring specialty “signature cocktails”.
Miss Ann
For truly unique experiences take a cruise on our National Historic Yacht, the Miss Ann, that features a variety of luncheon, dinner, cocktail and full moon cruises into the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay, or be your own Captain and take a Picnic Basket lunch on one of the resorts electric boats (up to 6 passenger) and explore Carters Creek with your entire crew.

 Tranquility is yours when you come to the Tides. The Spa offers a range of classic spa treatments and soothing spa products. Each treatment is designed to pamper, nourish, and feed your mind and body.

Golf
 Opened for play in 1976, the Golden Eagle is a proud design of George W. Cobb and his associate John LaFoy. Carved out of the beautiful wooded landscape around a 50-acre lake, the Golden Eagle has many elevation changes and well placed bunkers for all skill levels. The Bermuda fairways and Bentgrass putting surfaces play to a par of 72. There are three major water hazards and the most interesting holes are 5, 9, and 18. Seven and 16 can also play harder than par.
From the championship tees, the Golden Eagle is 7,020 yards and has a USGA rating of 70.9 and a slope of 126. The Golden Eagle is host to numerous USGA and PGA events. From the Tides Inn, turn left onto Route 200 off of King Carter Drive. Go one mile then turn right onto Old Salem Road, aka Route 646. Go 0.9 miles and turn left onto Clubhouse Road. Stay left and follow the hard surface road around; the Pro Shop and Cap 'n B's are on your left.
