Ruth's Chris Steak House
This stylish downtown restaurant is located in the Grand Hyatt Seattle on the corner of 8th Avenue and Pine Street. A favorite Seattle restaurant for over 15 years, this new location will allow diners to enjoy the New Orleans hospitality and famous sizzling steaks in the hotel.
Our extensive selection of aged Midwestern corn-fed prime steaks are each broiled to order and served "sizzling." Lamb chops, chicken and fish selections round out the main course offerings which are matched with a full compliment of salads and side dishes then served New Orleans-style with portions generous enough to share - because part of the fun of enjoying a great meal is enjoying it together.
The Wine Cellar & Tasting Room
The Wine Cellar and Tasting Room are private dining rooms located one floor below the main dining area of Ruth's Chris Steak House. The Wine Cellar seats up up to 48 and the Tasting Room seats 24. A mahogany bar, custom-made sconces, and wrought iron chandeliers give an aura of European elegance as guests descend into The Wine Cellar. Heavy wooden doors open into the cavernous room that was designed to look and feel like a giant wine barrel with trisected arched wooden ceilings, supporting staves, and suspended octagonal lanterns. Leather partitions enhance the atmosphere for more intimate functions. Three of the walls are framed in natural rock, while the fourth separates the dining room from the collection, which is displayed behind oversized glass doors to the right of the dining room and is comprised of full flavored wines for Ruth's Chris Steak House menu.

From the first store in Pike Place Market along the shores of Elliott Bay, Starbucks has engaged the world in a growing coffee culture. Starbucks features a wide selection of coffee drinks as well as a selection of pastries, Top Pot donuts, breakfast sandwiches and lunch items. Starbucks, like Grand Hyatt, is a T-Mobile Hot Spot location.
