Carleton Varney Suite The first thing you experience upon entering the Carleton Varney Suite is the thrilling view, which showcases our formal North Entrance gardens and mountains in the background.
The breathtaking view is provided by a large arched window, which stretches across the entire north wall of this unique suite.
The suite's parlor is located at the very peak of the fourth floor, above the hotel entrance. From this vantage point, each season presents a different vista of nature's beauty.
The foyer affords an ideal area to greet guests and place a bar. Off each side of the foyer are spacious bedrooms.

Estate 2
Colonnade Estate House
Colonnade stands out as a pillared tribute to a rich history. Spacious, elegant and ideal for entertaining, Colonnade has two parlors, fireplaces, large dining room, wet bar, powder room, two porches and three bedrooms, each with private bath.
Colonnade has been a favorite meeting spot for foreign dignitaries, presidents and aristocrats. Its 18th and 19th century American and European furnishings provide dramatic accents throughout the house. The lavishly decorated bedrooms create the effect of a splendid, personal residence.
Ideally suited for entertaining up to 100 persons, Colonnade accomodates six persons. Private catering is also available to guests of the Colonnade Estate House.

Congressional Suite Entrance to the Congressional Suite is through two stately mahogany doors into a spacious foyer of black and white marble, a Greenbrier tradition. From here, you enter a large parlor with a decorative fireplace and comfortable seating arrangements.
Adjoining the parlor is another reception area with a fully equipped wet bar and a rooftop terrace with a great view that makes it perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is also a full bath and a powder room off the parlor.
Exclusive to this suite is a private elevator connecting the suite with the main floor of the hotel.Two spacious bedrooms are located off the entrance foyer, providing privacy and comfort.
The suite offers ample space for entertaining up to 100 persons, 150 if the terrace is utilized.

Copeland Hill Guest House
The four-bedroom Copeland Hill Guest Houses are perfect accommodations for intimate gatherings of friends, extended family or business associates.
Each guesthouse includes dining room, powder room, card area, 27" remote-controlled color TV and VCR, large front and back porches for entertaining, living room with working fireplace and a beautifully appointed common area that includes a kitchen.
Each of the four bedrooms feature private interior and exterior entrances and well-appointed private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer king beds, while the final offers two double beds. Each room features a television, data port phone and writing desk.

East Terrace Suite As you enter the East Terrace Suite through two mahogany doors, your attention is immediately caught by the enormous Oriental screen, which sets the decorative mood of the spacious parlor.
At each end of the parlor are intimate seating areas, each with an exquisite Chinese painting behind it. The suite has two large, colorfully decorated bedrooms, each king-bedded.
The suite also features a rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains. The terrace is accented with the traditional Greenbrier red and white awnings, which provide shade for guests attending summer afternoon receptions.
The East Terrace Suite is ideal for entertaining up to 50 persons, 75 if the terrace is utilized.

Executive Suites
Two-bedroom Executive Suites are ideal for business people who desire to entertain or hold informal meetings away from the office. Because each parlor is suited with queen-sized sofa beds and full baths, families also enjoy the Executive Suites.
The Executive Suites have a rich and varied decor. Each consists of a large parlor and two bedrooms, including one master bedroom. Each parlor also features wet bar.

Florida Guest House The spacious Florida Guest House was once the jewel of fabled Florida Row. Today, the luxurious tradition continues.
The Florida Guest House has proven to be especially popular with guests for entertaining because of its location immediately adjacent to The Greenbrier's North Wing.
This guesthouse contains four bedrooms, each with private bath, living room, fireplace, dining area, wet bar, porch and patio. There is also a powder room off the living room.

Garden Suites
The spacious one-bedroom Garden Suites are tastefully decorated with fabrics imbued with the aura of country gardens. A great choice for couples seeking the ultimate combination of comfort and elegance. For families, a queen-sized sofa bed in the parlor allows accommodations for two children and privacy for parents.
Garden Suites are available in a variety of room arrangements. Some have king-sized beds. Most offer an optional second bedroom.
Governor's Suite The Governor's Suite is both versatile and practical. Its large parlor, a fully equipped wet bar and two entrances make it ideal as a hospitality center for up to 50 persons. The suite has an entrance hall that leads to a smaller, more intimate parlor, perfect for private conversations. There is also a bath off the parlor.
In addition to the entertainment aspects of the Governor's Suite, there are three lovely bedrooms, each king-bedded, two of which have direct access to the smaller parlor. Up to six persons can be accommodated.
The Governor's Suite is located in the North Wing of the hotel, on the mezzanine floor.

Greenbrier Suite
The Greenbrier Suite features a large, elegantly decorated entrance foyer with traditional Greenbrier black and white marble tiles. There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms, accommodating up to eight persons.
The spacious parlor provides elegant furnishings and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to a large rooftop terrace.
The combination of spacious parlor and adjoining terrace with spectacular views makes this suite perfect for entertaining up to 100 persons with ease.
Estate 4
Intermediate Intermediate Rooms offer The Greenbrier’s standard elegance and spaciousness, along with excellent views of the surrounding estate. The room layout shown above is representative of a typical Intermediate Room.
Intermediate Rooms average 300 square feet and are decorated in The Greenbrier's traditional Dorothy Draper style.
Junior Suite Junior Suites are the largest single rooms at The Greenbrier. They offer king-sized beds or two double-sized beds and separate sitting areas.

North Terrace Suite
This lovely, newly decorated suite offers a beautiful terrace that overlooks formal gardens and presents a spectacular view of the Allegheny Mountains.
The suite has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a parlor for entertaining up to 20 persons. Located on the fifth floor, it is adjacent to the companion East and West Terrace Suites.
Classic Deluxe 1
Paradise Row Guest Houses The original Cottages of Paradise Row were constructed in the early 1800's and were once popular honeymoon accommodations at The Greenbrier. They overlook the famous Springhouse.
In 1980, the guest houses of Paradise Row underwent complete restoration and enlargement. A spacious bedroom was added to each unit. Today, each guest house features king-size bed, parlor with sofa bed, two baths, wet bar, fireplace, patio and porch. Accommodates two to four persons.

President's Estate House
The President's Estate House at The Greenbrier is a magnificent, hilltop accommodation with a commanding view of the lush landscape and the historic Springhouse. A superb setting for a large family or group seeking privacy, luxury and convenience. Elegance and comfort are combined in the house, which was originally built in 1912 by a captain of industry as his private family residence. Original works of art and exquisite furnishings are featured throughout.
The house has four bedrooms on two levels, each with private bath. Guests also enjoy two kitchens, living room, dining room, parlor, sunroom, two porches and a patio. Private catering is also available.
Presidential Suite The Presidential Suite, the most spacious and luxurious of all The Greenbrier suites, is much like a home within the Virginia Wing. The suite occupies two floors and is entered through a private foyer. Features library, den with half bath, large living room with grand piano, reception foyer, private patio and an impressive dining room where The Greenbrier's famous, "Gold Service" dinners are frequently served. There are seven bedrooms, each of which is king-bedded.
The Presidential Suite held up to its name when President Dwight D. Eisenhower held the North American Summit Conference here in 1956. It has also been the residence of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Prince Ranier and Princess Grace of Monaco and many other notables of society.
Secretary of the Treasury Suite The Secretary of the Treasury Suite is The Greenbrier's newest deluxe suite. The foyer carpeting features a sculpted seal of the Secretary of the Treasury.
The Secretary of the Treasury Suite has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two double beds.

Spring Row Guest Houses
The Spring Row Cottages were given their name because of their proximity to the spring, originally the main attraction of the resort.
Spacious porches overlook a regulation British croquet court, the beautiful north lawn and the golf, tennis and swim clubs.
Each has a porch, fireplace, parlor with sofa bed, wet bar, dressing area and large bathroom. Bedrooms are furnished with either king-sized beds or two double beds. Accommodates two to four persons.
Standard Room Standard rooms are the perfect combination of elegance and space, each approximately 260 square feet. The room layout is representative of a typical standard room.
State Suite
The State Suite boasts one of the most impressive entrance foyers found anywhere on the entire estate, showcasing traditional Greenbrier black and white marble tile. Pass this foyer through huge twin doors to enter the enormous parlor - truly grand with exceptionally high ceilings, a decorative fireplace, seating and dining areas.
The suite provides a world-class setting for entertaining up to 100 persons. Just off the parlor is a food and beverage service pantry for convenience. There is also a bath off the parlor.
There are four bedrooms, one king-bedded, three with two double beds each. Accommodates up to eight persons.

Top Notch Estate House
Lavishly decorated in traditional Greenbrier manner, Top Notch has four bedrooms, each with private bath. The luxurious estate also features a living room with fireplace, dining room, powder room, patio with fountain, glass-enclosed porch and wet bar. Top Notch is ideally suited for entertaining up to 200 guests. Private catering is also available to guests of our estate houses.
Built in 1912, the estate originally served as the private residence of George Stevens, president of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad. Top Notch became an estate house in 1930 and was reserved for large families and special guests spending summers at The Greenbrier.
During World War II, many illustrious generals occupied Top Notch. General and Mrs. Dwight D. Eisenhower occupied the estate house in 1945. As the Top Notch legend continues, The Greenbrier's guests have the opportunity to enjoy yesterday's traditions with today's conveniences.
Valley View Estate House An estate within an estate, Valley View affords a magnificent view of The Greenbrier golf courses and the mountains beyond. Valley View offers two levels of comfort and elegance. The upper level features a large living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room that accomodates up to 24 persons, a bath off the parlor and a porch and terrace, complete with fountain. Also on the upper floor are four master-size bedrooms, each with its own bath and dressing area.
On the lower level is an executive boardroom and bath, wet bar and fireplace. The entire area opens onto a beautiful flagstone terrace. Another feature of the lower floor is a living room with three hideaway double beds. It can be used as a fifth bedroom or conference room. For your convenience, guests of Valley View have the use of a luxury car during your stay. Private catering is also available.
West Terrace Suite
The West Terrace Suite, the sister suite to the East Terrace Suite, is located in the north wing of the resort. The luxurious suites share similar floor plans and attractive Oriental decor.
Furnishings are made of rich mahogany with Chinese Chippendale chairs and a large Oriental screen, behind which are the entrances to the bedrooms. The suite has two large, colorfully decorated bedrooms.
The West Terrace Suite also has a large rooftop terrace with traditional Greenbrier red and white awnings, which provide shade to guests attending summer afternoon receptions.
The West Terrace Suite is ideal for entertaining up to 50 persons, 75 if the terrace is utilized.
