Hokkaido is the second biggest island in Japan, located in the north of Honshu Island. There is an tunnel under the ocean connecting Hokkaido and Honshu. The weather in the summers is mild, but very cold in the winters. Most visit in the summers for that reason.
Sapporo is the Capital City of Hokkaido Island and is where the famous Saporro Brewery is located.
