Superior Room:  Surround yourself in genuine teak and traditional Thai silks in these elegant rooms with uninterrupted views of the River. Fresh fruit and flowers will be delivered to your room daily. And if there’s anything else you require, your personal butler is always at your service.  Approximately 40 square metres/428 square feet.

Deluxe Room:  Take in majestic river views from our luxurious Deluxe Rooms, which feature authentic Thai décor details and superlative amenities, including a large fruit basket. Approximately 40 square meters/428 square feet.

Mandarin Room:  Light and airy, these rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony with a partial River view. For added comfort there’s a spacious seating area, upholstered in a neutral blend of the finest Thai silks. Approximately 63 square metres/674 square feet.

Executive Suite:  Located in the River Wing, these elegant and spacious suites face North and have impressive River views.  

Family Two-Bedroom Suite: Located in the River Wing, these spacious two-bedroom suites are decorated in a traditional Thai style with separate sitting area adjoins the bedrooms, which are furnished with a king bed in one room and twin beds in the other.

Authors’ Suite:  For more than a century, some of the greatest names in literature have sought escape and inspiration at The Oriental, Bangkok. In their honor, ten of our most illustrious suites have been designed to reflect the personalities and achievements of these literary titans.

Heritage Authors’ Suite:  Situated in the original Oriental hotel building, the Authors’ Wing celebrates some of the great writers who have stayed here over the last century. All have lavish bedrooms and lounge areas, dressing rooms and Victorian style bathrooms.

Deluxe Two-Bedroom Theme Suite: Located on the 16th floor of the River Wing, these suites offer spectacular views of both the river and the city, lavishly designed bedrooms and furnished with a king bed in one room and twin beds in the other.  The suite’s bathroom is equipped with both a large soaking bath and stand-alone shower.

Siam Suite:  A two-bedroom suite with a Northern Thai atmosphere. Drapes and furnishings are sumptuous and the foyer, living and dining areas are paneled in teak to match the luxurious flooring.

Selandia Presidential Suite:  This suite evokes the charms of a life aboard ship, with its teak floors and walls, navy striped cotton draperies and brass cornered tables. It is classically but richly decorated with finishing touches of gold leaf, crystal and silver in the Master bedroom.

Royal Oriental Suite:  This classic and timeless suite has been extensively renovated to restore it to its original splendour. Rooms are exquisite and the art collection they house hark back to earlier days in the life of this flagship suite.
