Begin your visit in Dijon, an ancient town with half-timbered houses and quaint Old Town. Visit the Cistercian Abbaye de Fontenay and the famous Hôtel-Dieu in Beaune, a town known for its intricate tiled roofs. Day 1: Dijon/La Bussière-sur- Ouche
Arrive at Dijon,™s railway station where you are met by your Guardian Angel and transferred to your hotel by private vehicle.

Day 2: Dijon/Fontenay
Set out with your local guide for a walking tour of Dijon,™s Old Town, with its magnificent half-timbered houses. Visit the Palais des Ducs that houses the Fine Arts Museum. Make sure to wander around Les Halles, Dijon’s covered market, to learn more about the local gastronomy and perhaps buy a jar of Dijon’s signature mustard. Continue to the well-preserved Cistercian Abbaye de Fontenay, which is surrounded by extensive grounds dotted with fountains.

Day 3: Beaune & Côte de Nuits
Meet your local guide for a full day of sightseeing in Beaune and Nuits St. George. First, visit Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, known for its iconic tiled roofs and Flemish architecture. Visit the Hôtel- Dieu (Hospices de Beaune), a former hospital founded in 1443 to provide free care for men who had fought in the Hundred Years War. The Grande Salle was both a hospital and a church, enabling the sick to attend religious services. Explore the Hôtel-Dieu with its restored rooms, kitchen, pharmacy and gallery of Renaissance religious art. In the thriving wine region between Beaune and Dijon, stop at the Clos de Vougeot, which is famous for its winemaking barn before continuing your journey towards Chambolle-Musigny or Gevrey-Chambertin for some wine tasting.

Transfer privately to the Dijon railway station to continue your journey.
