Day 1 La Paz
Arrive at any time.
Day 2 Uyuni (1B)
Transfer by bus or train to Uyuni and prepare for the salt flats excursion.
Days 3-5 Uyuni/Salt Flats excursion (3B,3L,2D)
3-day 4×4 excursion to the Uyuni Salt Flats and surrounding desert altiplano with spectacular scenery. Stay in simple hotels upgraded with solar panels to provide electricity and hot water.
Day 6 Potosí (1B)
Travel by bus to Potosí. Optional tour to a working silver mine, or explore the city and visit the Casa de la Moneda museum.
Days 7-9 Sucre(3B)
Continue by bus to Sucre. Optional activities include an excursion to the site of 60 million-year-old dinosaur tracks, a city tour or free time for individual exploration.
Day 10 La Paz (1B)
Fly to La Paz. Free afternoon to explore the city’s markets and streets or take an optional city tour including the Valley of the Moon.
Day 11 La Paz (1B)
Depart at any time.
