Explore the Czech Republic’s vibrant and historic capital on a private itinerary, visiting the Gothic Town Hall, the Synagogue and Jewish Museum and nearby Konopiste Castle. Day 1: Arrive Prague
Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic and has played a pivotal role in the evolution of Eastern European politics, art and culture. Upon arrival and after clearing customs and immigration formalities, you are met by your Guardian Angel and transferred by private vehicle from the airport to your hotel. The balance of the day is at your leisure to rest or explore.

Day 2: Prague
Meet your local guide for a full day tour of Prague. First enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town, with its cobbled streets, and the Jewish Quarter, birthplace of Franz Kafka. See the Gothic Town Hall in Old Town Square, famous for its astronomical clock. Visit the Jewish Museum which houses the largest collection of Judaica in Europe, the Old New Synagogue and the Jewish Cemetery. You may also enjoy a walk across the 14th century Charles Bridge. In the afternoon, join your driver and set out on a tour of Prague’s Castle District. Hradcany Castle was the seat of Bohemian kings and Holy Roman emperors. Visit the Cathedral of St. Vitus, one of the finest and most richly endowed in central Europe, and the Basilica of St. George which was founded in 905. Stroll along the Golden Lane, a row of tiny houses dating from the 16th century. Complete your tour with a visit to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Loreto, an important place of pilgrimage, and the Strahov Monastery, with its glorious Baroque decorations, where you enjoy a private tour of the ornate library.

Day 3: Konopiste
Enjoy an excursion to Konopiste Castle with your local guide and private vehicle. Konopiste Castle was originally built in the 13th century and rebuilt and restored many times since. Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the Austrian throne, once owned the castle and amassed a fine collection of Meissen porcelain and furnishings. Enjoy the fascinating collection of historical weapons, furniture, paintings and tapestries before returning to Prague. Your afternoon is yours to spend as you like. You might consider exploring Lucerna Passage, part of the network of passages that connects the buildings around the upper part of Wenceslas Square. Lucernas connects Vodi?kova and Št?pánská streets and houses numerous stores and restaurants, a movie theater and a prestigious concert hall, the Lucerna Grand Hall.
