A charge for one night will be levied in the event an amendment or cancellation was not received 6.00pm prior to the day of arrival. From June 1, 2013, all transactions settled via credit card by guests staying at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney will be subject to a 2 per cent surcharge. This amount will be added to the transaction total. Cancellations must be received by 6pm Sydney time at least 48 hours prior to the expected arrival date, or the Hotel will retain the deposit. Deposits cannot be held as credits to future stays. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations on the following room types: Royal Suite, Deluxe Royal Suite, Presidential Suite.
