My wife and I completed, in August, a trip to Australia which included a total of 7 flights, numerous hotel to airport and airport to hotel transfers, a 10 night, eleven day cruise, several tours in various cities, and 7 nights in hotels. All of this went off like clockwork due to great travel agent work by Melinda Murray of Travelwizard. We worked with Melinda over a period of 6-7 months mostly by e-mail along with a few phone conversations. She answered every question (of which there were many) and cheerfully helped us with every change we requested. The final product turned in to the best trip of our life, so far. We will continue to have Melinda be our go to travel agent in our future travel. In fact, she is already handling our plans for our next cruise in November of 2014.
