Corte Madera is a small town in beautiful Marin County about 11 and 1/2 north of the Golden Gate bridge. Carte Madera extends from the bay up to the base of Mount Tamalpais. The town center is nestled among majestic redwoods at the base of the wooded hills and valleys. The population is just over 9,120. The town is spread out with nice shopping centers on the east and west side of highway 101, another by the ferry terminal. The town center is toward the west and has nice shops, restaurants and attractions.
