Point Reyes Station
Point Reyes Station is a pretty little village in Marin County, California frequented by visitors to the Point Reyes National Seashore and tourists traveling on State Route 1 on the Lost Coast. About 360 people actually line in Pt. Reyes Station, however on any day you will see hundreds of bicycles and motorcycles parked along the main street to eat at the Bovine Bakery.
Pt. Reyes Station is a fun place to visit and try the local food. The Station House Restaurant in renowned for its fine cuisine with people driving as from as far as San Francisco to eat there. They have local musicians performing fold and blues regularly.
Point Reyes National Seashore is loaded with attractions, beautiful beaches, lagoons, bays, oyster farms, herds of magnificent Tule elk, 147 miles of fantastic hiking trails and great photography scenery.
When traveling to and from Pt. Reyes please be very careful of the bikers, this is one of the most popular destinations for bicycling and motorcycling in California.
