Lockport

Lockport is mid sized city in New York that was build on the Erie Canal in the late 1800’s. Lockport has numerous historical attractions related to the Erie Canal and it construction. It is possible to enjoy the canal cruises and see the beautiful countryside at a slow pace.

There is also the Lockpot caves that can be viewed on escorted tours. Numerous museums and attractions make Lockport an enjoyable place to visit.
