Schloss Velden, in an idyllic setting on Wörthersee Lake in Austria, is a Capella Hotel steeped in tradition. Here the scenic surroundings and luxurious hotel offer guests rest and relaxation of the highest standards.

The former summer residence offers 39 rooms while an ensemble of modern buildings by Viennese architects Jabornegg & Pálffy house a further 66 rooms. All the rooms and suites provide wonderful views of the palace garden, Wörthersee Lake and/or the mountains. State-of-the-art facilities in the rooms include flat screen TVs, WLAN, iPod docking, a refreshment centre and a marble bathroom with a rain shower and LCD TV.
The Panorama Terrace, an elegant ballroom, several gourmet restaurants and the Schloss bar welcome guests in the hotel’s common areas. A Beach Club with its own marina, a tennis court and the Auriga Spa, with its extensive fitness and wellness facilities, are all available for leisure activities.
