The Club Level offers the ultimate in luxury with 55 ocean view rooms, fifteen one-bedroom Executive Suites, three one-bedroom, 1,850-square foot Presidential Suites, and the opulent top-floor Ritz-Carlton Suite. All of the Club Suites have unobstructed ocean views and private balconies and will provide access to the private Club Lounge offering five elaborate culinary presentations daily and a dedicated Club Concierge.

The resort's four St. Thomas restaurants are supervised by our new Executive Chef, Jasper Schneider. Since joining The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, Chef Schneider has instilled his philosophy of cooking with passion into all aspects of the resort's culinary pursuits.
Great Bay lounge
Great Bay lounge is a casual island-inspired retreat with an eclectic menu of small plates that feature a variety of cultural creations from around the world.
Take a seat at the sushi bar and watch our chef prepare the freshest and highest quality sushi. A superb selection of cigars, wines, tropical delights and tasting options are offered. A billiards table and board games are available and televisions are situated throughout the lounge. A large wood deck accommodates guests who prefer to sit outdoors and enjoy the ocean breezes and spectacular views of St. John.
Sails
Expansive white sails reaching high above the turquoise waters of Great Bay are an alluring beacon calling you home to Sails, an Oceanfront Grill. The Sails menu features flavors of the Caribbean in a relaxing haven, open for lunch with bar service. Nine moorings are available for guests who prefer to arrive by boat. Explore, indulge and sail away.
Bleuwater
Bleuwater is the resort’s signature restaurant featuring seafood and prime meats that inspire the palate. Floor to ceiling French doors open to the surreal tropical beauty of Great Bay. For those who prefer to experience the beautiful Caribbean evening outdoors, the restaurant has terrace and patio seating available.
Oasis, the restaurant’s private dining room, accommodates 48 guests. Bleuwater is the primary dining venue at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, serving a full breakfast and exceptional dining experience in the evening.
Coconut Cove
Coconut Cove is an open-air seating venue open for lunch and dinner. The pool deck and beach are steps away from the restaurant, giving guests the option to enjoy the entire menu poolside or beachside, in one of our 250 lounge chairs. The expansive bar specializes in a full range of tropical specialties, wines and beers.

Water Sports
 Have you ever wanted to learn how to windsurf? How about sailing a Hobie Cat or maybe snorkeling a reef? Non-motorized equipment such as paddle boats, kayaks, Hobie Cats and windsurfers are available for our guests' use. All equipment rentals are included in the resort fee.
Never sailed before? No problem! Lessons are offered by Island Sol for an additional fee. Olympic Windsurfer Paul Stoeken and his team of U.S. Sailing Certified Instructors have a variety of programs available including:
