After returning from another trip I feel it necessary to write you and let you know what a wonderful job Sharon Walters does in taking all the worries out of vacationing for her clients. She is truly a gem! I'm sure you already know this but sometimes it's nice to hear from satisfied customers and know that you are providing the quality of services you aim to.
I am not the easiest client to help as I tend to wait for the last minute to plan my trips and over stress about everything. Last year she planned a dream vacation for my husband, my daughter and myself to Europe and everything was perfect. Sharon rescued me when I had less than 3 weeks to plan this European vacation. From the first time I called her I knew I was in good hands. I called frantically and she told me not to worry as she does this everyday and she would make it happen. She not only made it happen, but in style and without a glitch. Everything was perfect and we had a trip that will last forever in our memories. Not being familiar with where we were going it was so reassuring that Sharon made sure we had just what we were looking for in our vacation - she listened and delivered. Her choice of hotels were superb and the coordinating of travel was smooth and effortless for us.
We also used Sharon's services this past summer to plan a quick get-away to Montreal and Quebec City. She once again did her magic. Everything was perfect!

If you are wondering if this is THE Sandy Lane, YES! It is THE Sandy Lane!! I wanted somewhere Romantic to stay for our one night on Barbados before going on a cruise and my travel agent found me the most Romantic place I have ever stayed at!! It is a bit pricey but I wanted to splurge since we were only here for one night.
The grounds are lush with tropical greenery, flowering shrubs, bougainvillea, hummingbirds (black ones!), buildings spread out and a feeling of elegance and spaciousness. On a tiny island this was surprising to see a hotel this spread out, the spa over in a separate building, spacious shopping areas, restaurant. The buildings were constructed of coral cut into blocks and then painted.
We were greeted with a (much needed) ice cold wet towel and a refreshing cold fruit drink served on a silver tray by a lovely woman with the whitest teeth I have ever seen! We were then walked down the polished marble open-aired hallways to our room.
Entering the "room" (it is so not doing it justice to call it that!!) you enter into a polished marble entry and continue on into the room passing an entire wall of 2 double french doored closets on the left with a refridgerator packed full of goodies, an espresso maker with an entire basket full of all flavors of coffee. Mirrored Bar area, bathroom on the right (more about the bathroom later) side of the hallway.
Finally you come to the bedroom area that leads out to a set of double sliding glass doors leading to another (very private!!) room outdoors furnished with two settees, two padded deep arm chairs, coffee table, side tables...a lovely and romantic outdoor area with solid walls for privacy, open to the outside at one wall. We spent many an hour here with our room service brought right to us, watching the hummingbirds, listening to the crickets(?) as the sun went down, revelling in the warm air and having time to just sit and be together!! This outdoor room makes all the difference!! Ours was on the ground floor so if a person walked by on the garden path (none did) they could see in to our private room if they looked our way...the advantage is that you can walk right out into the gardens and to the beach....on an upper floor you would trade more privacy for not being able to walk out onto the beach in the moonlight...we chose beach!
Inside the air conditioning is on (by choice) and outside you have a sense of being in the tropics where the air is sultry and heavy.
The bedroom area was large, spacious as is the entire property, very comfortable duvets, beautiful bedding, high thread count, desk area with all the amenities...
What I loved is that we could go out the double doors outside, slide our key card thru the slot and leave our room from the garden/beach area rather than having to go out the front door and around!!
The curtains, sheers, lights, could all be controlled from several convenient panels placed around the room, including by the bed side.
One word of advice: if you go to the Sunday Brunch, be prepared to spend several hours eating and drinking! No dashing in for a quick plate because the cost is very high you want to make sure you allow plenty of time to take it all in!! Sushi Chef was my favorite!! Ahi Tuna fresh! Beautiful presentations througout, was it worth it? I have been to some absolutely stunning Sunday Brunches and I would say that this is a bit overpriced.
I think if privacy is an issue for you this would be a great place to get away for a Romantic time!!
Oh, I forgot about the Bathrooms....if I ever build another house I am duplicating this bathroom!!!!!!!! Dream Shower....large, 3 different shower heads to choose from including one just for your feet, the bathtub was large enough for 2 people and had more jets than you can imagine, toilet in a seperate room with bidet (yeah!!), double marble sinks, so many shelves and cupboards that weren't already full of "hotel" supplies.
This room was made to come and stay for at least a week...tons of storage space, cupboards, drawers, even in the bathroom....a place where you can unpack, settle in and get lost in the Romance for a few weeks!!
Next time we will come for several weeks! Thanks to my TA for this great recommendation!!

Thank you for setting up another adventure for us.
Le Meridian: hotel was excellent and service was great, it is centrally located and walking distance to good restaurants, they made reservation at two great restaurants for us for the two nights we were there.
Gamboa: great rainforest location, nice pool, nice canopy tour and walking trails.Would not return to this hotel.
Bristol : this is a first class resort like no other, amazing food, exceptional service, great pools specially the one near the ocean with beautiful cabanas. We loved this resort and will go back. My wife got sick on our first night there, they had a doctor at the resort who came to our room to visit her and then drove to a Pharmacy to bring back five different medicines and gave her an injection all for $135.00 and with a smile the whole time and because of this service she got well in 24 hours and we moved on with our vacation. I can't say enough about this place, I don’t think anyone will return unhappy from this resort.
Our rental car was good and we drove quite a bit, visited very nice villages. Nicest village was Anton Valley (we are planning to go there next time) and I recommend you to take look at this, people who enjoy nature would love this area.
Our guide was also good, he picked us up from the airport, dropped at the hotel, the next day gave us a half day tour of the Panama canal and around the town then on Monday drove us to the car rental place.
We had a wonderful time in Panama with amazing food.

We got home late last night. The trip was wonderful! The best weather ever - one day of rain early, and then clouds, but it ended up perfect because we did a snorkeling excursion that day and as the kids were already a bit burnt, saved their hides - literally! Other than that, mid 80's the whole week, low's in the mid 70's - beautiful.
The resort is perfect for a spring break for high schoolers (of which there were many) because it was large enough to offer a selection of restaurants, but small enough that it was fairly easy to keep an eye on the kids. I might not recommend it to families with young kids or older couples with no children, unless they like the party atmosphere - at least during the spring break weeks - it must be a much different place at other times.
The food was excellent - and my husband did not end up sick, for the first time ever!!! He was VERY happy about that. I did hear that a couple of kids in another group got sick, but who knows if that was from drinking or what. Perhaps they drank too much and then forgot not to drink the tap water.
The kids had a blast, other than everyone really missed Marc and his mom, but they managed to enjoy themselves, and behaved themselves pretty well too.
I would go back again and would recommend this resort and Punta Cana to anyone considering it.
Your help through all of that was greatly appreciated. Again, I am so glad we booked through you - we will contact you again I'm sure in the future, and will continue to recommend you to all our friends!

Dear Mr. McMillen
I recently used your website to find a travel agent to help me plan an initerary to Australia and New Zealand. I am usually very capable of creating our itinerary/transportation/accomodations but found I was overwhelmed by the vastness and unknown of both Australia and New Zealand.
Much to my dismay I decided I needed professional advice. Somehow, I found your website and decided to take a chance and call for advice. I was referred to Deborah Roberts, an Australia/New Zealand expert and talked quite a long time with her. Deborah had a vast knowledge of information and a great personality and I decided to see what she would come up with.
I explained what my husband and I liked to do, gave her the length of time we had available to travel, and also told her of my hotel philosophy.
Deborah really understood and created an amazing itinerary for us that we barely modified. She understood the amount of time that each place needed and helped us plan from Queensland, Australia to Dunedin, New Zealand at the furthermost points of our itinerary.
We decided to be adventurous and Deborah rented us a Maui campervan. We went tubing in Waitomo Caves, did a tour of Kangaroo Island, trekked the Milford Sound, and stayed at the Lodge at Larnach Castle on the Otago Peninsula.
Deborah arranged all of that and more. I literally showed up with my voucher book and presented proof of prepayment for activities, transportation, and accomodations and everything was accepted without question. It was incredibly freeing to have her make all of the arrangements as I was working extremely long hours before we left for the trip.
I will certainly recommend Travel Wizard and Deborah Roberts to any of my friends who are traveling to Australasia and the South Pacific. She is definitely an expert and my husband and I really could not have done this trip without her help.

Thank you so much for arranging our trip to Australia! It was fantastic. We loved the activities and tours you arranged for us. We took your advice and toured the Botanical Gardens when we arrived -- it felt so good to stretch our legs after the long flight. We were glad we took the harbor cruise -- it definitely helped us stay awake until we could check into our rooms at the Grace (wonderful hotel -loved the location). The Blue Mountain and wine tasting tours turned out great - we were the only ones on the bus and we had the same tour guide each day! It was like having our own private driver to take us around. Cairns was great, too -- loved the Daintree Rainforest tour and the trip to Kuranda. The Gold Class ticket was definitely worth it. About the food -- the lunches on the tours was wonderful, way better than I expected. It turned out that we hardly needed to eat dinner on those days. Also, we really enjoyed both of our tour guides; Rick for the Daintree tour and Chris for the Blue Mountains and wine tasting. Kudos to both.
Thanks for putting this together for us on such short notice. We were really at odds when our trip to Chile was canceled at the last minute-- but Australia turned out to be a great alternative.

We had a great trip to Moorea and Huahine. Except the flight is sooo long!
We had no problems at all. Everything went well.
The Moorea Pearl Resort upgraded us to an over water Bungalow and we got a real nice location. We had a very cool coral patch with a drop off next to it and had lots of beautiful fish to watch right from our deck. One day a turtle even entertained us for a few minutes in it’s quest for food. We saw a lot of outrigger canoes go by with our ocean view and even a race one day. Also a couple of cruise ships and rainbows.
I wouldn’t say that it was at maximum capacity but there were several French families there and lots of activity. We thought that the dinner menu was a bit limited for our taste. Very few selections.
If the cost was comparable we would pick the Hilton next time because we liked it so much last time and it is a bit nicer and a bigger property than the Pearl and we were thinking that as it is an American based Hotel chain that maybe we would have more American tourists there with us than so many Frenchman.
We really liked the Te Tiare Reasort on Huahine. There was hardly anyone there. While we were there I think there were between 9-12 couples there. We liked that.
We were almost always the only ones at the pool. They gave us an overwater Lagoon bungalow which was in shallow water. They have 10 Bungalows out over the deeper water but 5 of them were not in use due to some repairs being made to the dock out there. Otherwise I feel sure we would’ve have gotten one of them. We were happy with the one we had. They are huge Bungalows! The only thing there was that the AC really didn’t keep the room cool enough for my liking. Mainly just the area by the bed. The grounds there are beautifully landscaped.
Everyone there was very friendly although English was not the 1st or 2nd language so occasionally we couldn’t make ourselves clear but that was with things like-“can we get our eggs cooked longer”
Or maybe the French just can’t abide that! We found the menu at Te Tiare to be much more extensive and much less expensive than that of the Moorea Pearl. We could always find something that sounded good to try and was good! We also like places where we can get into the local Village. The boat went to Fare several times a day and so we got to see Fare and have a meal there.
The weather was windy and rainy about 60% of the time and sometimes Monsoon like. We did get some sun. Enough to get sunburned!
We liked that you booked us on the last flight of the day out of Fare, Huahine. It gave us time to enjoy our day. We watched them turn the lights out in the airport as we taxied down the runway.
When we were walking through the SeaTac airport we became aware of the earthquake in Chili and the Tsunami warnings. We left 24 hours before they were to hit the Polynesian Islands but thankfully it didn’t amount to anything.
We appreciate your work in putting this vacation together for us. It worked out beautifully.

I am at the point in my life where I have finally accumulated some disposable income and plan on doing the travel that I've always wanted to do. I will use Travelwizard and Lori for all of my future trips. I just wanted to share my thoughts and pass on some positive feedback. Sometimes we never get enough of that.
By the way, Lori and Travelwizard was able to save me close to $2,000 over the closet price from the other agencies. I don't think price was the purpose of this email but it certainly helped. If you get a chance tell Lori great job and I commend you on putting together a first class organization.

We want to say "Thank You" for the wonderful job you did in planning our trip and itinerary in Egypt. Our trip was FANTASTIC!! I attached a few pix. I know Dave sent you the Pix at Pyramids.
All of our accommodations were wonderful! Four Seasons at the Nile Plaza in Cairo was beautiful. I must tell you though, that the shower on the Oberoi boat, was the talk of the cruise. Lots of laughs and Dave actually took a picture to show how small it was. We heard that there were a few larger cabins or Suite Cabins available but you can't upgrade (even for $$) once you're there. I'm not sure you knew about this, but good to know and give your travelers a choice because the cabins were quite small. We were fine because we don't travel with a lot of luggage, but those that did, were not happy!
We ran into very few Americans there, mostly British, Germans, Russians and Japanese.
I think we made only one adjustment during the entire visit, which is amazing considering the intricacies of our schedule. You truly did a great job! We saw as much of the "important Sights" that you can see in the amount of time had in Egypt.
We also want to compliment you on your choice of using Egyptian Express as our "day to day" interface. They were amazing! Not one time was anyone not there when they should be, or late or any problem at all. We totally enjoyed our "Tour Leader" Ayman Gaballa, (even though it was just Dave & I) as well as both of our Private Guides and all of our drivers. Even the Security Officers who were with us while touring
Sharm El Sheikh and on our drive to St. Catherine's Monastery were wonderful.
I don't know who chose our Guide for Cairo but he couldn't have been more perfect for us if we had hand picked him ourselves. We spent ten wonderful days with Morad Nassr (Dr.) and missed him when we left Cairo for Sharm El Sheikh at the end of our visit. I can't say enough good about Morad Nassr and Ayman Gaballa as we spent the most time with them. We became friends!
The Sharm El Sheikh, Four Seasons property was a sight to behold! Words can not describe just how beautiful it is. Not to exclude anyone anyone, our Guide there, Akmed, was wonderful, as well.

We are all smiles. Our trip... our time together was simply perfect. We want to thank you for your expertise in arranging our accommodations. Your recommendation was just right. I do understand how much influence you and your company have in getting us such an incredible, upgraded suite in what is considered to be the finest hotel in all of Innsbruck. Where to begin? Well lets start by admitting that we do travel a lot... and I mean A LOT. 2009 alone saw us in NYC, Madrid, Goa, Pune, Moscow, Kyrgyzstan, London, San Francisco, Morocco, Puerto Rico, Hanoi, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Bali, Tokyo, Thailand... there are a few countries and dates mixed in there that I have missed but I think you get the picture.
Our trip to Innsbruck was the only trip of the entire year where we consulted an agent. I am a bit of a seasoned professional and I do love the preparation and anticipation of getting ready to fly. As it turned out our Austria trip was conjured up with little more than 3 days to spare so.... Travel Wizard to the rescue!!!! From the first moment we spoke to the time we checked in and beyond, your efforts and attention to detail were our saving grace. This was a very important romantic reunion for us and your incredible insight and stylish approach truly set the stage for love! All we had to do was make it to our departure gate and the rest was a 5 star luxurious breeze.
Innsbruck was very charming... the town center was fully dressed for the holidays... snowy, magical, lovely. Our dinners were all arranged by the concierge at our hotel. Each night was a complete surprise with different tastes, cuisines and settings all seamlessly becoming a permanent part of our experience. I would have to guess that we walked at least 20km in total all around the "Old City" during our 3 nights there. The meandering streets and endless hidden shops and cafes... a real winter wonderland! On and off the slopes, Innsbruck is one of the finest ski towns I have visited and please understand... Thats really saying something. For the two of us... together... the variety of skiing was perfect! We visited the top 3 resorts while we were there and we want to make sure your guests can take a bit of advice from our experience. Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes is by far our favorite for an incredible romantic wild day of basically "easy" Skiing. You wont find much "easy" skiing in Innsbruck. Schlick has some incredibly challenging areas but their opportunities for a peaceful day with endless intermediate trails and state of the art cable cars is not to be beat!
In closing we want to say thank you... again. We will recommend your services to our friends and I will be checking back on your website for travel ideas. Austria has instantly become an annual destination for us. Schlick next year. We cant wait :-)

I wanted to get back to you and tell you what a GREAT time we had in The Bahamas at Atlantis. The resort was over the top! Excellent facilities, activities, dining and staff. I really appreciate YOUR suggestion recommending The Club level room and concierge service at The Cove. The small price increase of the room was FAR outweighed by the amenities that came with the room.....the breakfast, the snacks during the day and especially the open bar at 5:00PM!!!....the view from the 22nd floor in the Club was fantastic! We booked through Travelwizard a year ago to Turks and Caicos and didn't think it could have gotten any better......your planning, scheduling and room selection to Atlantis were perfect! We'll talk to you next spring.

Please allow me to give a comendation to your “Wizard” who has been handeling my travel needs for the past 5 or 6 years now. Two weeks ago I threw him a challenge deciding at the last minute our desire to take a family trip to New York for the long Columbus Day Weekend. He seemed to drop everything else when I contacted him on Tuesday afternoon & by Wednesday noon, he had our hotel arranged and even had recommendations on the shows appropriate (or not) for our teen age sons.
Even though we have never met, Mike knows my expectations and understands the likes and dislikes of our family… and with sons ages 14 & 16 .. that is quite a feat !! I always feel that he makes the best selections to give us the quality we desire at the best price available.
Our 29th anniversary trip to St. Lucia in July was one of our most memorable ones due to his attention to detail as he booked us into a “santuary” at Jade Mountain and a villa at Cap Maison. We had a great vacation in Kauai. All the arrangements went off without a hitch. The Kiahuna Plantation is a nice, comfortable resort. The condo you arranged for us (unit 317 royal garden view) was well maintained, clean, and comfortable and quite. The kitchenette had all modern appliances and was well equipped with all the utensils and stuff you would need in a kitchen. The bathroom was also very up to date with deep tub, nice tile, nice toilet, double sinks in separate room (from tub and toilet). The view of the garden was very pretty and we could actually see the ocean from the back of our balcony. The walk to the beach was only a minute or so and we really liked this beach. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the bigger waves. It was actually fun getting knocked over by some of them. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Being on the third floor was nice because we did avoid a lot of
the foot traffic noise on the lower floors. We didn't mind climbing the stairs, but for someone who had problems with stairs, there was no elevator. You definitely don't want to be in the units next to the road in front of the property due to the noise.
The one thing that took some getting used to was the open windows with shutters. The first couple of nights we could here the outside noises (especially the chickens)and coupled with the time change we had a hard time sleeping. Robin bought some ear plugs and the rest of the nights were o.k.
As far as activities, we enjoyed our tour (by zodiac boat) of the Na Pali coast the best. The smaller zodiac boat was very adventurous, which we like, and the scenery was beautiful. We got to snorkel while on this tour and that was a lot of fun. I will always remember holding my 11 year olds hand while snorkeling over the coral reef and thinking life couldn't get much better than this. I would highly recommend any type of hike in or around the Waimea Canyon or any of the hikes to the numerous waterfalls on the island. Many of the hikes we took were strenuous, rugged, and often muddy, but we had a blast doing them.

We will DEFINITELY refer you to our friends! Our trip was absolutely wonderful. It could not have been better. You did a wonderful job taking care of every little detail - it was so nice to have all of our booking/itinerary information all in one packet - we guarded that thing with our lives! (Not that one worries about that kind of thing in Tahiti - everyone is so nice and laid back!)? We really enjoyed the Intercontinental Thalasso. The overwater bungalows were spectacular. We loved our activities on both islands - it was the perfect mix of rest and play.
Some of our favorite things: Shark/Ray tour, snorkeling, dolphin adventure, peanut-ice cream at the "Sands" restaurant at Thalasso hotel (SOOOO GOOD!), jet ski tour, meeting other honeymooners, filling up on the buffet at Sofitel...yum!
Some things we did not like:? Dinner at the "fancy" restaurant at the Intercontinental Thalasso (I ordered lobster, the most expensive thing on the menu, and for one, it did not taste good...AND there were only 4 bites!? I left extremely hungry and we ended up having to order room service later on...not good!).? Also, dinner at Bloody Mary's was fun, but the food stunk (exactly as you warned!) :) The only other thing we did not like (AT ALLLL!!!) was the Tiki Village Theater dinner/show. It was quite strange, to say the least, and lasted WAY too long! By the end, Corey would have rather shot a hole in his foot that see another "hula" dance. It was great for the first hour, but by the 3-4 hour mark, we felt stranded.? I'd definitely warn people about it....we would never ever do it again.
Random things to tell people: Don't forget to bring your own personal shampoo/conditioner. I accidentally left mine at home. Although the hotels do provide them, they look/feel like coconut milk - I had sticky, greasy hair much of the time! Also, bring extra memory cards for your camera. We had one with plenty of memory, but it was defective...so we had to have a driver take us to a random electronics store in Moorea. Thank goodness, they had the card we needed...it only cost a small fortune though! Lastly, please let people know to bring a bag of "emergency" medications/bandages, etc. The pharmacy is the only place to get meds if you need them - even over-the-counter pain killers.? I needed one of my medication's while I was there and had to have my doctor from the States fax a prescription to the pharmacy in Bora Bora! It was quite a fiasco, but all ended well and we only lost 1/2 a day of fun. We were sooo pleased with the hotel service through it all...they took VERY good care of me (even asked how I was feeling the next day!) and made all of the arrangements. They even sent a hotel employee to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and bring it back to our room. They were sooooo wonderful.? Service at that hotel is outstanding.
So all in all, aside from very minor issues, our trip was just fantastic. We will remember it always - and we have lots of pictures to look back on! Thanks for all of your assistance - we appreciate it!

The Four Seasons has customer service down. We had champagne in our room each evening. We had flowers is a heart on our bed one evening. It was great!
The staff was plentiful and conscientious, friendly and interested in
meeting and talking with us. The property was beautiful, quiet, and well laid out. Weather was Chamber of Commerce, the water unbelievable. If there was one thing we were not crazy about, it would have been some of the restaurant fare. Most was good. Some was not to our tastes.
All in all a memorable trip!!!

We had a great time on our trip. The tour guide was exceptional.
We loved Sydney (The Sofitel was a fabulous hotel - - all of the hotels
except Alice Springs were excellent). Enjoyed Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. The trip up to Kuranda was great - - the train ride down was unspectacular (I guess we are spoiled). Ayers Rock was spectacular (it was only 80 degrees instead of the usual 100 degrees) , as was the ride to Alice Springs. We saw kangaroos while on the Ghan train. Adelaide and Melbourne were both very nice.
On to NZ - the south island was amazing. Everything
in the south island is breathtaking - - our two special highlights were 1) the Shotover Jet boat ride in Queenstown and 2) we took a small plane back from Milford Sound (the snow capped mountains and waterfalls were unforgettable - - the plane was worth the price of $270 per person). There was not a cloud in the sky the day we were in Milford Sound (two days before it had rained nine inches and a few days before that there was an avalanche). The only days that it rained on the trip were the last two days in the North island. I am glad the trip wasn't any longer - - we were out of gas.
All in all I believe it was the best trip we have ever taken. Thanks for everything you did to make the trip memorable and hassle free (all plane connections and hotel transfers were perfect).

Our trip went smoothly in every regard -- even the airlines behaved themselves and flights ran on time. (I heard somewhere that Hawaiian Airlines has a terrific record in this regard...?) And of course the Grand Hyatt is, as I kept saying to my husband, "impossibly beautiful." We walked the grounds every night around sunset and I had a couple of treatments at the Amara Spa there -- both of which were fabulous! We
loved the exercise room, the bountiful breakfast buffet -- which always eliminated the need for lunch -- and the other restaurants as well. The only tough part was finding vegetarian fare for dinner. Usually
vegetarians do well with Italian food, but Dondera's had NO vegetarian items on the entree menu. They were, as everyone was, very accommodating and helped up cobble together wonderful dinners without the meat or fish. I've always been surprised that Hawaii has so little to offer vegetarians. It was certainly so on our first trips there, but those were years ago and I thought that perhaps, post Hurricane Iniki, that
things had changed. It was actually MORE difficult this time to find vegetarian dinners. Oh, well... It's a small thing. But I think that perhaps someone like you has a stronger "voice" with these resorts and perhaps you could make a case for catering a bit more to folks who don't eat meat or fish...MANY thanks again, Patricia, for all you did to make our vacation so blissful and "snag-free"...

Found Thala Beach lovely and accommodating (except left a bunch of stuff there and they mailed it to next hotel regular mail so it didn't get there; and would recommend that people take the dinner/bkfast package -- and that they offer a breakfast package). Found the resort eating prices a bit over the top! But they upgraded our room and the views were gorgeous. And we enjoyed rain forest and kayaking and snorkeling etc.
Thanks so much. Loved Sydney (you were right); had fun in Melbourne and would recommend only suggesting a beach day/Snorkel be saved or added there (it was 94 degrees one day -- hotter than any other spot! By evening had dropped to 57 - largest one day drop I've ever experienced.) Saw a play in Sydney; did all the art museums, and basically had a blast.
Thanks so much. We credit you with how smoothly everything went. (Thanksgiving travel was GREAT - no one in airport -- except when we got to baggage claim at JFK: so few people were working that they took nearly an hour to get the baggage out.) But light traffic home balanced it all out.

Sorry it’s taken us so long to get back to you! We’ve been EXTREMELY busy since our return. Maui was very nice. I much prefer Oahu, though. Kaanapali and surrounding areas just seemed very flat and the beaches were not great. The Old Lahaina Luau was FANTASTIC. We both absolutely loved it!
Also, a great sushi restaurant we found was Sansei, a few minutes from the Hyatt. Wonderful food and great atmosphere.
Anyway, I meant to send you a thank you but have been so busy I haven’t had even a minute. You were a tremendous help!

We had a great stay at Kaanapali Shores and a great time in Maui. It is absolutely beautiful there and we also took one of the interisland flights to Oahu to visit Pearl Harbor. We booked this through the concierge at Kaanapali Shores and Nui Air. Nui Air pilot was very informative and actually showed us other parts of the islands both flying over and returning from Oahu. Patricia-- Hi we just got back to TX last night. Travis got his passport in time we paid $500 for fast service but we got to go. The El Dorado was beautiful. Everything was fine, I called to confirm flight and those had changed in six months which we expected, once we got to the hotel they didn't have us in their system but after two days they did so we were glad we had the itinerary you sent us with the confirmation number.

The food was good, nothing award winning but it was gourmet and wonderful presentations on all their dishes. Travis was expecting alot of seafood and we could get it but that was extra. We will go with the all inclusive again knowing more now how it works. You could only drink house wines and get drinks from any of the bars but you couldnt order alcohol or anythng not on the room service menu to your room. Our champane was delivered a day late for our anniversary but that was a room service mistake and not our concierge. Overall it was a great time. We did snorkling and deep sea fishing and snorkling in an underground natural cave. We had a great time too just sitting on the beach for a few days.

I have been thinking about you. I have been wanting to to email you and tell you how everything went.
It was great!! Our room was wonderful, however about our 3rd night we had a water leak in our room, so we moved up to a catergory 8 room with a balcony. It was sooooooooo wonderful, especially since both girls ended up sick. Meagan missed the day at St. Thomas and McKaylee, missed the day at Castaway Cay. I made her go out and see the island and she floated around the ocean. We went back to the room and I sat out on the balcony and watched everyone. It was good though. The girls are ready to go back. We are trying to get George's parents and his sister and her family to go with us.
I will definitely book with you again!! Everything went so smoothly and when we had the accident with the room Disney was so good to us.
I have told several people about Travelwizard, so I am definitely passing the word around. I will send you some pictures soon.
Thank you so much for all the work you did. Like I said before, we will be contacting you again to book another Disney cruise. I am hoping this next August. Thank you so much for checking on our stay. We absolutely loved it! The hotel, shopping, dining, relaxation, etc. was great. The Havana Blue restaurant onsite at the Marriott Morningstar hotel was marvelous. Great food! Living in Florida we are used to rain showers everyday during the summer/fall months, but while we were on our honeymoon in St. Thomas there was not a drop of rain the entire stay.
We really appreciate your recommendation on the hotel property. We will definitely use your service again in the future J

Just wanted to check in and tell you that we had a FANTASTIC time, and to thank you like CRAZY for all of your awesome help. You are amazing!
Everything went off without a hitch (well, except the fact that I
dropped my camera into the ocean off of the catamaran during the sunset catamaran cruise in Bora Bora and we lost all our photos!!!! D'OH! The day before we left, too. That was a tough one to get over, but I'm over it. heh heh Brutal, though!), and Jen was totally blown away. Here's some feedback for ya: - all the hotels rocked. We loved them all, and it was so cool to see that they all had their charms. Taha'a was awesome for sure, too -thanks so much for the suggestion! I loved that we had our own
hammock!!!!!!
- Allo Pizza on Moorea was the best pizza I've ever had. Ever. I'd
definitely recommend that to people. And we could both eat our fill for
like $35, which was a nice break from the food prices, as well. Oh, and they deliver to the hotels too! We did that too - it was so fun! ha ha - feeding the rays/sharks on Tahaa was AMAZING. wow wow wow wow.

- oh! My favorite massage ever was at Tahaa too - they had this thing
where water rains on you from these 3 huge showerheads throughout your massage. WOW.
- Villa Mahana was AMAZING toO!!!!! Jen said it was her favorite meal EVER, and it was my 2nd favorite ever. (I had a dinner at the 4 seasons on Maui that blew my mind, and remains my number 1). We had a great time there, but it was a pain in the ass to get home. I think Regis screwed up the boats or something, but we waited from 10-11pm to be picked up at this dock, which was kind of a bummer, and I started to get scared that no one was coming, and we were in the middle of nowhere.... heh heh Anyway - it worked out just fine. I think there was some confusion among the boat drivers because they were arguing later. I could tell that one of them had goofed. No biggie. The meal was so amazing that it didn't matter!!!!
Oh, and I have NO IDEA how someone could spend $600 in there. Honestly, it'd be almost impossible. You'd have to drink at least 3 glasses of expensive champagne each or something. We had wine and amazing dinners and it was under $300. They did offer us champagne when we got there, but it was clearly not an offer of a "gift," it was just asking if we'd like to order some. No idea what that other couple was thinking...- another thing definitely worth recommending to people would be to eat at Lagoon at St. Regis. It's their nicer place. We ate there a couple nights before Mahana, and honestly, it was *really* close to being as cool, and the view, if you sit by the water, is unbelievable. All you see is the lagoon and mountain. It's awesome, the service was as good or better than Mahana, and the food was amazing. It's also a bit cheaper - I think dinner (and 4 cocktails) was around $220. And Jen wants me to tell you to tell people that their Watermelon Martinis are
to die for. :)
- the sunset catamaran tour with Richard was awesome, just don't leave your camera loose in your pocket if you decide to lay down on the net to look at the stars coming out. derrrrr :)

Lisa and I enjoyed our trip a lot. It was great to relax and unwind after a very hectic wedding!
The Hyatt in Kauai was beautiful. The hotel was amazing and the service was great.
The Royal Lahaina was quite different from the Hyatt, but at the considerably lower cost, I expected as much. The rooms were nice and brand new. A nice touch was their check-in service, in which a representative from the hotel walked us directly into our room for an in room check-in. No lines and no confusing directions to your room are always nice. On the flip side, our rep wasn't very knowledgeable about the hotel and didn't seem to be able to answer our questions regarding restaurant recommendations, etc. This also seemed to be a common theme with much of their staff. The beach at the Royal Lahaina was great. Easy to relax on and very swimable.
All together, we had a great time. Thanks for all your help. We'll certainly contact you if/when we plan our next trip.

We are home from Africa and trying to catch up on things.
The trip was wonderful and surpassed our expectations! We saw lots of animals up close and personal, all of the camps and their staff were very nice, as was the food unfortunately :) Lamar did not get to do the dive. Went all the way out there, got on his wet suit and the captain made everyone come up due to a change in the wind and 12 ft. swells. Everyone got sick, but the Capt. & one crew! I was so glad you recommended shopping and a massage!

Maui was an absolute blast! It was a relaxing vacation that I really needed! It was funny. . . at first when we got there, we were like, wow, there is only couples here which is pretty much the way it is. We where thinking man, we should have gone to another more happening island. But, by the 2nd or 3rd day we thought it was absolute paradise and couldn't imagine ever going to another island! Probably the best place ever to take a date... which is definitely not what it was, but we had an awesome time! I will be going back for sure. Now I want to explore more islands over there. Great recommendation. The room we had was right over the Black Rock which was pretty much the best room in the entire hotel we learned. Good times!

Thanks again for helping us complete our vacation this summer. It worked out every well and everyone had a great time. The hotel was perfectly suited for our needs. The separate room and the microwave/fridge really helped since we have two young kids. We plan to vacation in Hawaii in a regular basis and will definitely be asking for your assistance.
As a side note, after we returned from the trip the past Sunday, we received Travel and Leisure's top 50 resorts for kids. And the Fairmont Kea Lani was ranked 2nd in all of the Hawaiian Islands.

Mom and I had a wonderful time in Ireland!! Thanks for checking in. My head has been spinning since I got back trying to settle into my new home (I feel like the unpacking will never end) and right back to the work grind. The Hayfield Manor was beautiful and the service impeccable. Unfortunately one night we had no heat though and woke up at 2 am freezing and had to have the night manager bring in a space heater. Oh well, but breakfast the next morning was yummy!! And we loved the pool, jacuzzi and spa! We drove the Ring of Kerry but didn't kiss the Blarney Stone. We actually forgot all about it -- oops! Our time along the ocean in Dingle Bay was wonderful too and we got some amazing photos. Hertz ended up not having an automatic car and I had to use a manual shift while driving on the left
side of the road with the steering wheel on the right side of the car. I
told the Hertz man he didn't know what he was inflicting on his fellow
countrymen! Getting out of Cork was interesting as a result of the manual car, but we laughed about it! But the Irish are crazy drivers anyway! My left elbow got sore from all the shifting but I learned fast and became quite the whiz at it, and started to eventually love it.
But I think our favorite was the Currarevagh House in Oughterard, County Galway. An amazing old manor house from 1840 that could use a little interior decor update, but the family that ran it was fabulous and the home-made breakfasts and dinners they made every night were just amazing -- things like duck a l'orange, fois gras, fresh fish from Lake Corrib and beautiful vegatables that were not to be had anywhere else in Ireland!!
I'm not sure the Irish really understand what fresh vegatables are. But the best were the desserts: baked alaska, chocolate mouse cake, lemon mouse cake w/ fresh blueberries.... I could go on and on!!!
We also did a little ancestry hunt and had fun doing so, but in the end hit a dead end. The Irish have great geneological societies established in each county and they plan to have them all on-line within the next year. So hopefully we can find out more concrete info here at home and then check again with the parish records in Ireland thru the geneological societies on-line. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work in pulling this together for us. It was a vacation we both needed and we really enjoyed living it
up!!! It was a very special mum and daughter trip -- a trip of a

Jesse and I got back from Tahiti several days ago and we wanted to thank you for booking such a wonderful honeymoon for us!!! We had the best time; it was beautiful and everything we wanted. Thank you for recommending The Sofitel - it is a wonderful place to stay! We only wish that we had done the over-water bungalow one more night since those rooms are so much nicer but 2 nights was great. It was an excellent idea to split up our nights between a garden bungalow and the over-water. We would never have thought to do that but it worked out really well. We did all of the excursions while in the garden bungalow and then completely relaxed the last 2 days in our over-water bungalow. It also gave us something to look forward to at the end of the trip. In addition, we were very glad that you didn't buy us meal plans because there are several places to eat within walking distance of the Sofitel. There is one restaurant that is a 5-minute walk from the hotel called La Bounty where we ate about half our meals! They had an excellent lunch and dinner menu. We ate at Bloody Mary's one night too which was fun but we actually preferred La Bounty and all the other cute restaurants we ate at. Our trip would not have been the same experience if we had eaten all of our meals at the Sofitel. It was nice to eat outside the hotel, to get more of a feel for the place, and to have the opportunity to interact with people who live in Bora Bora. We did the shark and ray feeding excursion as you suggestd and we also did the sunset catamaran cruise - both of which were truly amazing experiences. Thank you so much for booking this absolutely perfect trip for us! It was the best honeymoon we could have imagined and we are already talking about going back sometime...maybe for our 5th or 10th anniversary. And, of course, if we do go back sometime, we'll definitely book the trip through you. =)

We are home & had a fantastic time.
I have to say that the Vatican tour was fantastic. The wine & food
experience in Chianti was soo much fun too. The car rental was Mr.
toad's wild ride so we drove to Pisa too and I have many many pictures.
The tour in Venice we changed up and had him take us on a walking/boat taxi tour around Veniza and completely enjoyed our guide. He was from Chile and was a bit hard to understand, but a very nice man and showed us the 'inside' of Venice.
I'll send you but a few of the MANY pictures we took. I have to say
that the trip home was tough.
JFK airport is an absolute zoo and if we can avoid it next time that
would be great. (1 hr on the runway waiting to take off....) 50 planes
at least in front of us.... After a 1+ hr delay for a mechanical
issue...) we got to Seattle at 2am..... And on a plane for Spokane at 10 the next morning. We figure we got 4 or so hrs. in 36.... But we are back on track, sharing pictures and have some great memories.
We bought wine at the Castillo de Verazzanno and can't wait. Chianti
Reserva! Sooooo good!
