I would really like to let your Manager/director know how impressed I am with the wonderful way you have dealt with me. Not easy as we Have been all around the world!!! Singapore, Japan Alaska and now Hawaii and Mexico nothing seems to phase you and you are really charming and a delight to talk to. You have a great wealth of knowledge which is so helpful.
