Isle of Man

The isle of Man is in the Irish Sea, between Scotland and Ireland. It’s a beautiful place with a very rugged shoreline. Tynwald, is the the parliment was founded in AD 979. This is a fabulous place for history buff, especially one interested in the Norse culture and Vikings, however the isle of Man has been inhabited since 6500 BC and was once connected to England before the sea rose.

Motorcycle racing is a big annual event here, and is considered the road racing capital of the world. There are many cultural attractions here for tourists, interesting cuisine, restaurants, historical places, boating, hiking, touring and art galleries.
