This was created in 2000 following the signing of a historic agreement between South Africa, Zimbabwe and Mozambique that  effectively doubles the size of the Kruger National Park. Border fences are being removed, allowing animals to revert to their traditional migratory routes and tourists to explore the park without completing border formalities. Known as Gaza-Kruger-Gonarezhou, the park covers an area half the size of Portugal, and contains the ancient Mapungubwe ruins in Zimbabwe, which are destined to become a key heritage site.

Experience a unique view of South Africa's largest and most famous game reserve, the Kruger National Park, in specially designed open safari vehicles, accompanied by registered guides who are all experienced game rangers.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Johannesburg to Kruger National Park. Early morning departure from Johannesburg and head north towards the world famous Kruger National Park (approx 6 hrs). Arrive at the safari-hub of Hazyview early afternoon, upon arrival you will transfer to an open safari vehicle and head for your chosen accommodation. Check-in and freshen up before your late afternoon game drive. D
 Day 2. Kruger National Park. An early start this morning, as you wake at sunrise with the animals and depart on a full day of game viewing in open safari vehicles, with professional game rangers. It's the best time to see the animals. Stop for lunch (own account) at one of the rest camps or picnic sites, then continue game viewing this afternoon. BD
Day 3. Kruger National Park to Johannesburg. Enjoy an early morning game drive then tuck into a hearty breakfast before returning to your camp/hotel mid-morning. You will then leave the park and travel back to Johannesburg arriving around 7pm. B
