DAY 3: Johannesburg/Maun, Botswana/Okavango Delta
Fly to Baines' Camp on the banks of the Boro River, where wildlife is abundant. Your luxurious lodge features "star beds," four-poster beds that can be wheeled out to your private verandah for a night under the stars.

DAY 4: Okavango Delta
Explore the Delta by land in open 4x4 vehicles, driving into the night to discover nocturnal species. Cruise the waterways at the gentle pace of a poled mokoro (dugout canoes) or by especially adapted safari motorboats (subject to water levels). A unique Baines' feature is an educational experience with a group of semi-habituated African elephants.

DAY 5: Okavango Delta
Fly to Chief 's Camp, situated in the Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve - "predator capital" of Botswana and one of the best places to see lion and leopard.

DAYS 6-7: Okavango Delta
Morning and afternoon game drives reveal more of the treasures of this special corner of Africa. This area is renowned for its large concentrations of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, impala and the region's most powerful predators; it is also rich in plains game, and both white and black rhino (the latter critically endangered) can be seen here. Game drives depart in the early morning and late afternoon, and are conducted in open 4x4 vehicles with individual seating.

DAY 8: Okavango Delta/Chobe National Park
