Day 1 Fly USA to Cairo
Day 2 Welcome to Cairo, Egypt
 Modern Cairo is an architectural fusion of old and new, where skyscrapers and ancient monuments stand side by side. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day 3 Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum
Visit the famous Egyptian Museum of Antiquities; view the unique and only collection of Pharaonic art before marveling at Tutankhamen treasures. Next, travel to the pyramids of Giza, one of the greatest wonders of the world. Continue to the Sphinx, the largest single block sculpture of all time, and visit the funerary Valley Temple to which the Sphinx stands guardian.
Day 4 Cairo to Alexandria
The drive is about 2.5 hours. On arrival, visit the National Museum and gain insight into the grandeur of Alexandria in its Greek and Roman days. See the Roman Amphitheater and tour the
Catacombs of Kom-El-Shouqafa.
Day 5 Alexandria to Luxor
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and fly to Luxor. On arrival, transfer to your cruise ship, check in and enjoy lunch on board. This afternoon visit the Temple of Karnak which was built, added to, dismantled, restored, enlarged and decorated all during its colorful history of over
1500 years. Explore Luxor Temple rediscovered less than a century ago. Dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.
Day 6 Luxor to Esna
After breakfast cross the Nile to visit the Necropolis of Ancient Thebes, the city of the dead, where the wealth of antiquities is outstanding. Explore the Valley of the Kings and visit the tombs of Egypt’s splendid Pharaohs. Visit the Valley of the Queens including the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Return to the boat and set sail for Esna while enjoying lunch. Dinner on board and overnight in Esna.
Day 7 Esna to Kom Ombo
While enjoying breakfast on board continue sailing to Edfu. After lunch visit the Temple of falcon-headed Horus – one of the finest examples of Ptolemaic art in Egypt. Continue sailing to
Kom Ombo. Dinner on board and overnight in Kom Ombo.
Day 8 Kom Ombo to Aswan
Arriving into Aswan you will visit the High Dam built to control the flooding of the Nile. Continue to the Temple of Philae; dedicated to the world’s most famous Goddess Isis it also represents three great civilizations – Egyptian, Greek and Roman. Enjoy lunch on board. Sail on the Nile by felucca and visit Agha Khan Mausoleum. Enjoy dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.
Day 9 Fly Aswan to Cairo
Enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile after breakfast then transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo.
The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 10 Old Cairo, Churches, Mosques and Bazaars
Descend the short stairway into Old Cairo and explore the quaint, modest alleyways and small
homes. Stop at Hanging Church; dating back to the late 4th Century. See the Church of St. Sergius, built on the cave in which the Holy Family stayed. Visit a famous Cairo bazaar dating back to the late 14th century.
Day 11 Fly Cairo to Sharm el Sheikh
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Sharm el Sheikh.
 Sharm el Sheikh is nestled on the Southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula between the revered Mt. Sinai and the aqua-blue waters of the Red Sea. This former fishing village and commercial shipping hub is now one of the world’s premier resorts and environmentally-protected diving destinations, where visitors will be charmed by reefs populated by hundreds of species of coral and thousands of tropical fish.
In 1989, the Ras Mohamed National Park was established, both on shore and at sea, to preserve the area’s unique ecosystems. Two hundred and ninety-five feet of vertical reefs are home to an astonishingly abundant marine world, much of it unique to these waters, while the land-based park teems with exotic birds.
Days 12-14 At leisure, Sharm el Sheikh
All around are Bedouins, colorful tents, mountains and sea. Activities abound in the area and include diving and snorkeling, windsurfing and other water sports, horse and camel riding, desert safaris, and great nearby antiquities attractions. Jeep safaris let you experience the excitement of the majestic mountains.
Day 15 Fly Sharm el Sheikh to Cairo
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your airport hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
