Day 2: London / Nairobi, Kenya
Connect with your onward flight to Nairobi, the classic starting point for safari adventures into Kenya’s big-game country.

Day 3: Nairobi / Amboseli National Park
Fly to Amboseli and your prestigious camp facing Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, and one of the largest freestanding mountains in the world. It is an incomparable backdrop to your safari activities. Tortillis Camp (B,L,D)

Day 4: Amboseli National Park
During your game drive at daybreak, you encounter abundant elephant, cheetah, giraffe and other plains animals as well as a delightful variety of birds found in spring-fed marshes. This is the best time to see and photograph Mt. Kilimanjaro. Meet and interact with local Masai before heading out on an enthralling evening game drive. Enjoy a fiery sunset as you return to camp for a satisfying, candlelight

Day 5: Amboseli National Park / Lewa Downs
Fly via Nairobi to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy along Kenya’s Northern Frontier. Arrive at your secluded, luxurious camp in this historic, working game ranch, where you encounter some of the unusual animals of the Samburu region. Lewa Downs (B,L,D)

Day 6: Lewa Downs
As dawn breaks, set out in search of rhino, wild dog and Grevy’s zebra. View herds of eland, elephant, antelope and other plains game. You have the chance to savor optional activities such as guided bush hikes and safari on horseback that enhance your experience of Africa in this setting of  pristine beauty and solitude. Day 7: Lewa Downs / Masai Mara Game Reserve

Days 8 & 9: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Arise to a soft greeting and coffee or tea served on your veranda. Begin your game viewing on the savannas that support large populations of nomadic zebra and wildebeest, plains animals and the great cats. You may want to go aloft on an optional balloon safari over the Mara (pre-paid supplement) – a once-in-alifetime experience. Day 10: Masai Mara Game Reserve / Loldia Ranch
Fly to Nairobi and transfer to Loldia Ranch in the scenic Naivasha highlands. Settled a century ago, Loldia exudes the ambiance and spirit of old Africa. It is nestled beneath ancient acacia trees on the banks of Lake Naivasha, the Great Rift Valley’s highest and purest lake. Loldia House (B,L,D)

Day 11: Loldia Ranch
Explore this environment of abundant wildlife and birds on the expansive grounds of the ranch. Or, enjoy game drives with picnic breakfast or lunch to Lake Nakuru National Park, Hell’s Gate National Park, Lake Elementaita, and Lake Bogoria (supplements paid locally). For your pleasure, night game drives, horseback riding, boat safaris, nature walks to nearby mountains, bird watching and golf are available.
