An hour's drive into the foothills, stay at Kasbah Tamadot, Sir Richard Branson's exotic retreat. Cross the high passes of the Atlas Mountains to charming Taroudant, known as Little Marrakesh, where your hotel, the romantic La Gazelle d'Or, is set in lush gardens and olive groves. In the oasis town of Skoura stay at the luxurious Dar Ahlam. From here visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou and the scenic Valley of the Thousand Kasbahs. Your return to Marrakesh is via the dramatic Kasbah of Telouet.

Tour the High Atlas Mountains and environs, Kasbah Tamadot.

Drive to Taroudant, touring en route, La Gazelle d'Or.
