Below is a special itinerary that we have created for you to explore, experience and enjoy South Africa in style. You travel by luxury microbus, staying in superior and boutique hotels and lodges, with a maximum of six participants. Your guide will look after everything. Departures are on Sundays (Northbound - Cape Town to Johannesburg) & Mondays (Southbound - Johannesburg to Cape Town) but we can arrange a similar personalized itinerary on other days (at a different price).

Day 2. Cape Point Tour This morning depart for your full day Cape Point Tour, highlights of this tour include Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, the Funicular (optional) to reach the hillcrest at Cape of Good Hope, the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, Chapman's Peak (subject to the road being open), Hout Bay stop at the harbour, Sea Point City of Cape Town drive. You will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the Black Marlin (own account). B

Day 3. Cape Town to Oudtshoorn After breakfast depart Cape Town via Du Toit's Kloof Pass to Worcester and traverse the famous 'Route 62' passing through Montagu to the town of Robertson. Visit the towns of Barrydale and Calitzdorp where the true diversity of landscapes is highlighted through the ever-changing semi-desert areas to your luxurious hotel in Oudtshoorn. The remainder of the afternoon is spent visiting the Cango Caves for a fully guided tour. After returning to the hotel, enjoy a hearty dinner served in the elegant dining room famous for its ostrich fare and fine wines. Later this evening dinner will be enjoyed at Jemimas Restaurant. Day 4. Oudtshoorn to Plettenberg Bay After breakfast, visit a local Ostrich farm. Time permitting, an optional extra tour of the Crocodile and Cheetah Park is available (optional tour entrance fees on own account). Leaving Oudtshoorn, continue over the Outeniqua Pass to George. Enjoy a scenic drive via Dolphin Point to Wilderness and Knysna. Travel to the 'millionaire's playground of Plettenberg Bay to the exclusive hotel with its spectacular views. Why not get out and explore, dinner can be enjoyed at one of the many restaurants within the Plettenberg Bay area. B Bay Hotel or similar (2 nights)

Day 5. Explore Plettenberg Bay & Knysna After breakfast, depart on a fascinating ocean safari adventure where various whales, dolphins, penguins and seals can be seen in their natural habitat (weather and sea conditions permitting). (Min 4 pax for the tour to depart). This afternoon enjoy a hard earned lazy afternoon at the hotel, around the pool or for those interested in Knysna, your driver / guide will provide an afternoon excursion to the 'oyster capital' where you can stroll along the Knysna Waterfront and observe the famous heads from the top of the Eastern Knysna Head. Here, spectacular panoramic views of the lagoon may also be enjoyed. B

Day 6. Plettenberg Bay to Port Elizabeth Departing Plettenberg Bay, travel to Nature's Valley and enjoy a short stroll on the beach. Attractions to be visited through the Tsitsikamma Forest area include the Big Tree and the suspension bridge over Storms River mouth where we will take a meal stop lunch excluded. Spectacular scenery awaits you as you cross the bridge over the Storms River where photographic opportunities abound. Depart the Garden Route via the high forests of the Tsitsikamma Mountains to Port Elizabeth. Day 7. Port Elizabeth to Durban You will have your morning at leisure before being transferred to Port Elizabeth Airport for flight to Durban (flight cost excluded). You will be met on arrival into Durban Airport and transferred to your resort hotel near Ballito on Durban's North Coast. Zimbali Beach Resort or similar (2 nights) B

Day 8. At Leisure at Zimbali Beach Resort Today is spent at leisure to you to enjoy the private beach at Zimbali Beach Resort. B

Day 9. Durban to Swaziland After breakfast at the hotel, leave the bustling city of Durban and drive through sugar cane plantations along the Indian Ocean seaboard to Northern Zululand and on to St Lucia, a World Heritage Site. Enjoy a river cruise on the estuary known as 'birder's paradise'. Here pelicans, fish eagles, hippos and crocodiles may be seen. Travel through pineapple plantations and beautiful mountainous scenery and visit a typical Swazi Market and the Swazi candle factory. Day 10. Swaziland to Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve-Lion Sands After a sumptuous breakfast, visit the Ngwenya Glass factory. Leave Swaziland via the capital city of Mbabane and travel to Lion Sands River Lodge, exploring the area en-route to the private game lodge, arriving in time for high tea. Upon arrival at the lodge you will be met and assisted to your rooms for check in. You will have some time to freshen up and ensure you have your cameras and binoculars for your late afternoon game drive. Late afternoon game drives in an open safari vehicle with an experienced ranger and tracker who will endeavor to spoil you with sightings of the 'Big Five'. Day 11. Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve-Lion Sands Early morning wakeup call followed by a morning bush walk or game drive. Later this morning after your game drive you will arrive back to the lodge where a scrumptious breakfast will await you. Late morning at leisure and early afternoon to enjoy a siesta or relax around the pool. Later this afternoon you will meet on the deck area for high tea and depart on your afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle with an experienced ranger and tracker who will endeavor to spoil you with sightings of the Big Five. Return back to the lodge this evening where you will have time to freshen up before dinner this evening Enjoy a safari style bush dinner under the stars (weather permitting). BLD

Day 12. Panorama Route After a morning game drive and breakfast, check out formalities will be completed before heading out. Travel via the Panorama Route featuring: God's Window, Wonder view and pinnacle rock, Lisbon Waterfalls ending off at Pilgrims rest for lunch, before departing for Jatinga.
