Day 1: Depart USA

Day 3: Nairobi / Tarangire National Park, Tanzania
Fly to Kilimanjaro where you board a private charter to Tarangire National Park, which, in season, is second only to the Ngorongoro Crater in its density of wildlife. You spot game right from your lodge or camp among the baobabs. Drive to the Tarangire River, where elephant, birds and migratory animals congregate. Day 4: Tarangire National Park

Day 5: Tarangire National Park / Lake Manyara National Park
Depart overland today with picnic lunch and game drive en route to Lake Manyara, which is encircled by forests alive with monkey, giraffe and rare tree-climbing lion as well as a variety of migratory animals and birds. Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park
