Start with one night in Nairobi, Kenya, at the House of Waine, and then fly the next morning to the Ngorongoro Crater for three unforgettable nights at the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. Tour the crater, one of the richest spots on the planet for viewing a spectacular range of wildlife, and take trips to visit Olduvai Gorge, Shifting Sands, and a Maasai village. The diverse vegetation inside the crater includes swamps, grasslands, lakes, and forests, providing rich habitats for lion, elephant, buffalo, gazelle and more. Next, fly to Grumeti River Camp in the Serengeti National Park, where game drives will introduce you to the animals and plants that call the area home. Change the pace of your Tanzania tour with four nights on Mnemba Island, the deeply relaxing and luxurious private resort off the coast of Tanzania. Scuba diving, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and more can be arranged, though you may prefer to simply bask in the sunshine on the beach.
