Day 2: Kunming
Today, explore the world-renowned Stone Forrest in Lunan Country, about 54 miles from Kunming. Some 200 million years ago, stone peaks, pillars, and stalagmites rose abruptly from the earth. Today, Stone Forest extends as far as the eye can see, and is dotted by oddly shaped stone peaks as well as waterfalls, caves, and lakes. Sakura Hotel (B,L)
