Wherever one travels in Nepal it is nearly always against a backdrop of towering peaks. This trip offers the opportunity to view eight of the highest mountain peaks in the world, including the highest, Mt. Everest, at 29,035 ft. Experience a private helicopter journey to the city of Pokhara, en route viewing breathtaking Langtang, Manaslu, Lamjung and Annapurna ranges in their majestic beauty.

Traveling by helicopter enables one to appreciate the full majesty of the mountains in a way that is virtually impossible by fixed-wing aircraft. Accompanying you on these flights is a Mt. Everest summiteer, who will be able to provide a unique insight into these inhospitable peaks.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Kathmandu. Kathmandu sightseeing, Dwarikas Hotel.

Day 2

Morning helicopter transfer to Lukla. Afternoon tour of Lukla, Yeti Mountain Lodge.

Day 3

Helicopter tour to Kongde, return to Lukla for transfer (fixed wing aircraft) to Kathmandu; lunch at Dwarika's. Transfer (fixed wing aircraft) to Pokhara, with views of the Annapurna range, Shangrila Hotel.

Day 4

Helicopter flight to Annapurna base camp, then return to Pokhara, transfer to Kathmandu (fixed wing aircraft). Lunch at Darwika's, afternoon tour of Kathmandu, then drinks with your Everest summiteer, dinner at a local traditional restaurant, Dwarika's Hotel.

Day 5

Tour the historical towns of Bhaktapur and Patan, afternoon at leisure, Dwarika's Hotel.

Day 6

Depart Nepal.
