On arrival in this ultra-modern island country, you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel. Balance of the day is free.
Day 5. Thu. Singapore to Malacca. This morning journey across the causeway into Malaysia and onto historic Malacca. Enjoy the rural scenery passing through villages and plantations. On arrival in Malacca, tour the historic sites including Cheng Hoon Teng, the oldest functioning Chinese Temple in Malaysia, Jonker Street, and a Portuguese Fort. Light and sound show after dinner at Padang Pahlawan. B Day 6. Fri. Malacca to Kuala Lumpur. Continue on to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. Here enjoy a city tour. Visit the Jamek Mosque located at the site where the city first began, the National Monument, Independence Square and the National Museum. B Day 7. Sat. Kuala Lumpur. Morning tour of countryside including pewter factory and the sacred Batu Caves. Remainder of the day at leisure. B Day 8. Sun. Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands. Travel north to Cameron Highlands, a hill resort famous for its tea plantations. En route visit Lata Iskandar waterfall and a native settlement. B Day 9. Mon. Cameron Highlands to Penang. En route to Penang, visit the Sam Poh Tong Temple, Ubudiah Mosque, Iskandariah Palace and Istana Kenangan Museum. Cross over the third longest bridge in the world to Penang. Overnight. B Day 10. Tue. Penang. Half-day city and heritage tour, including a visit to the Reclining Buddha, Fort Cornwallis, Khoo Kongsi Clan House and a Trishaw ride.
Day 12. Fri. Touring Bangkok. Visit the famous Grand Palace and the glorious temples including the Reclining Buddha. The afternoon is free. This evening experience an authentic Thai dinner, cultural performances and classical dances in a beautifully decorated Thai style house. BD Day 13. Sat. Touring Bangkok. Today's full day sightseeing includes a visit to Thailand's most colourful Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Afternoon visit to the Rose Garden to enjoy a Thai cultural show, including sword fighting and Thai boxing. BL Day 14. Sat. Bangkok to North America. Transfer to the airport for your Cathay Pacific Airlines flight back to the West coast via Hong Kong and your connecting flight home arriving the same day. B

Day 4. Wed. Singapore sightseeing. An orientation tour of the city begins with a drive past the "colonial heart" for a view of Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Next, head to Mount Faber for a panoramic view of the city. This is followed by a visit to a local handcraft centre before arriving at the National Orchid Garden located within the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Our final stop at Little India will entrance you with the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices. The afternoon is free for shopping, or you might want to pop into Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling. B
Day 11. Wed. Penang to Bangkok. You will fly to Bangkok today. The balance of day at leisure. You will be met and transferred to your hotel.
