Seoul, Gyeongju

This tour captures the essence of South Korea, with visits to the most important sights of cultural, historical and architectural interest. Touring in the capital city of Seoul includes Changdeok Palace, Gyeongbok Palace, the National Museum, and a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets of Insadong Alley, known for its antique and local handicraft shops. Indulge in a lavish Korean dinner followed by a traditional dance performance at Korea House. Also visit Korea Folk Village, an outdoor heritage museum devoted to Korea's traditional arts, cuisine, and heritage. En route to Gyeongju, stop at the charming village of Andong, one of the last living vestiges of old Korea. Gyeongju is an open-air treasury of cultural relics and architectural wonders, with ancient temples and grottos. Return to Seoul via Daegu, home of World Heritage-listed Haeinsa Temple.
