2 Days Great Ocean Road Tour Package Take two days to enjoy what Victoria's coastline has to offer. You can stay overnight along the Great Ocean Road (choice of accommodation listed below). Tour Itinerary Day 1: Melbourne to Otway Ranges  Depart Melbourne and head to Lorne stopping for morning tea on the way. A short distance out of Lorne stop to hear about the story behind the making of the Great Ocean Road. Further along at Kennet River, take a detour and a short walk to look for koalas. Arrive at the township of Apollo Bay for lunch. (own expense), then drive to the Aire River Valley and visit an Aboriginal site dating back over 10,000 years. Adjoining this site is Castle Cove, where you will learn about the discovery of ancient dinosaur fossils. Continue to the Otways rainforest and the magnificent Triplet Falls. Following a BBQ dinner, take a 'Rainforest by Night' walk to see the magical glow worms. D
Day 2: Otway Ranges to Melbourne. seaside village of Port Campbell. After lunch visit London Bridge and hear the story of when it collapsed stranding 2 visitors on the rock formation. Enjoy a tasting of gourmet cheeses at Timboon Farmhouse before your return journey to Melbourne. Return to Melbourne via the inland route. After a continental style breakfast, depart the cottages travelling along what is known as the Shipwreck Coast. Visit the famous Twelve Apostles and hear how they were created.
