Day 1. Sydney to Blue Mountains. This morning travel to Featherdale Wildlife Park for breakfast and meet some of the local wildlife. Continue on to the Blue Mountains stopping at various points of interest. Lunch is enjoyed at a scenic location, after which you will be transported to Lilianfels Retreat. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Lilianfels or Old Leura Dairy BL

Day 2. Blue Mountains to Hunter Valley. Today travel to the Hunter Valley where you will have the opportunity to visit some of the wineries. After a restaurant lunch you will be transferred to your overnight accommodation. Peppers Guesthouse or Peppers Convent BL

Day 3. Hunter Valley to Sydney. After breakfast you will be transferred to join the Hunter Valley Wine School which commences daily and is an informal tutorial of wine education. Then it's off to the crusher and into the winery to see the air bag presses, huge tanks, the Potter Fermenters, the filtration equipment, and largest Rotovats in the Hunter. From there, the tour then moves through into the Oak Cask maturation area, and on into the Wine Tasting Cellars. The remainder of the day is at leisure before your transfer back to Sydney, arriving at approximately 5:30pm. B
