From Adelaide it's just a quick hop (actually, a 40-minute ferry ride) to Kangaroo Island, an exciting wilderness vacation destination and home to Australia's largest koala colony.

For an unforgettable look at one of the world's most amazing natural wonders, explore Cairns and the famous Great Barrier Reef - you don't even have to get wet! Round off your vacation in Sydney, one of the world's most vibrant cities, where you can go to the beach, the ballet at the Opera House and 5-star restaurants, all in one day.

Day 1. Depart the West Coast for your flight to Adelaide on Qantas Airways.

Day 2. Cross the International Dateline. Lose a day which you will regain on the return trip.

Day 3. Arrive Adelaide. Upon arrival in Adelaide you will be transferred to your overnight hotel and the balance of the day is free for you to relax or explore.

Day 4. Sightseeing to Kangaroo Island. Enjoy a relaxing, informative morning tour highlighting the unique charm and character of our famous landmarks, parks and architecture. The Coach Captain will impart their local knowledge on all the city activities and places of interest, including the best shopping precincts, cafes, cultural attractions and "what's on" during your visit. The ideal introduction tour with lots of photographic opportunities, highlights include a Visit to Haigh's Chocolates including tea/coffee and chocolate samples (Mon-Sat). In the afternoon leave Adelaide for your ferry journey to Kangaroo Island where you will spend the next two nights.

Day 5. Kangaroo Island. A full day of sightseeing today. Travel across the island to Parndana Wildlife Park, pausing on the way to discover the pristine and secluded Stokes Bay. We'll travel on to Seal Bay for a beach walk among a breeding colony of Australian sealions. From Seal Bay, relax as we roll through native bush and farmland to Clifford's Honey Farm where you'll enjoy an informative talk by the beekeeper followed by a tasting. We then make our way to the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, a marvellous example of dinky-di Australian bush ingenuity. L

Day 6. Kangaroo Island. This morning your tour begins at your hotel. We head to Kelly Hill Caves. A National Parks Ranger will escort you deep into the cave system where you'll be simply awestruck at the fantastic limestone formations. After lunch we'll head to Flinders Chase National Park renowned as a sanctuary for a host of native Australian animals. You'll walk along the rugged southern coastline to the spectacular Remarkable Rocks and Admiral's Arch. From Flinders Chase we'll visit the Island Pure Sheep Dairy where you'll watch sheep being milked to make delicious yogurts and various cheeses. Tastings will follow. Your Remarkably Wild adventure then comes to a relaxing conclusion when you are transferred back to Adelaide. Overnight Adelaide. L

Day 7. Adelaide to Cairns. Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Cairns. Upon arrival in Cairns, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will spend the next four nights.

Day 8. Kuranda & Skyrail. Board the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway for a breathtaking journey on one of the world''s most scenic operational train routes. Stop to view the spectacular Barron Gorge Falls before arriving at Kuranda Railway Station.The day is yours to explore the Village in the Rainforest and when you're ready to depart, make your way to the Skyrail terminal to return to Cairns. En route see the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park stage show. Transfers are included.

Day 9. Cairns at leisure. A full day at leisure to enjoy this beautiful area.

Day 10. Great Barrier Reef. Travel on Quicksilver's magnificent wavepiercing catamaran to Agincourt Reef, one of the ribbon reefs on the very outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. You can choose whether to dive, snorkel or view the abundant sea life from the underwater observatory, or semi-submersible submarine. A delicious smorgasbord lunch is included.

Day 11. Cairns to Sydney. You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Sydney. Upon arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to your hotel where you will spend the next four nights.

Day 12. Sydney Sightseeing. Morning is free to relax before heading off on your afternoon tour of Sydney. Visit the major highlights before wandering along world famous Bondi Beach. See the city's downtown precincts, the historic Rocks area, the bohemian and vibrant Kings Cross, sandy white beaches and affluent harbourside suburbs in just one afternoon.

Day 13. In Sydney. Morning coffee cruise on Sydney Harbour. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 14. In Sydney. You have the day at leisure to explore this cosmopolitan city. we can arrange additional touring for you. You may want to consider a trip to the Hunter Valley for some wine tasting or to Canberra, the Nations capital or to the Blue Mountains.

Day 15. Sydney to the West Coast. Today ends your two-week, fantastic trip to Australia. You will be transferred to the airport for your Qantas flight to the West Coast. Don't worry mate, you can come back!
