Aboriginal Cultural Tour
Welcome to Arrernte Country, Alice Springs to meet members of the local indigenous community for an educational experience in bushland setting. Learn of the Aboriginal culture through the wide range of exhibits. See demonstrations of boomerang and spear throwing and learn about traditional sources for food and medicine. There is opportunity to sample bush foods such as Witchetty Grubs, Bloodwood Apples, Bush Bananas and various seeds. Following a morning tea of damper and billy tea, learn about tribal life, languages, art, dance and music, where you can be taught how to play the didgeridoo.

Uluru Breakfast Tour
This unique cultural experience begins with sunrise. Tour around the base of Uluru, enjoy a restaurant breakfast with a panoramic view of Uluru from the magnificent Uluru Cultural Centre restaurant. Browse the art galleries, shops and interpretive displays. Before joining Aboriginal guides on the Liru Tour. Watch as the ancient skills such as making Kiti (bush glue), starting a fire without matches and carving wooden implements with only a sharpened stone. Hold a spear and spear-thrower and imagine you are on the hunt; learn an intriguing trick for catching emus and hear the tragic fate of Lungkata, the emu thief, whose body we see laying at the base of Uluru. Departs:1hr prior to sunrise daily

Kuniya Sunset Tour
Aboriginal guides host a fascinating walk into the base of Uluru, and a visit to the Uluru Cultural Centre. With your Aboriginal guides visit caves where their ancestors left paintings in time worn ochres. See Mutitjulu Waterhole, where generations of Aboriginal people have drunk this life-giving water. Discover local bush foods, and hear tales of desert survival, as they prepare grass seed flour. Tour includes a tour of the Cultural Centre, introduction to Aboriginal Law, and a visit to Maruku Art Centre. After the tour we take time to watch the sunset over Uluru.
