Bamurru Plains is located just to the west of Kakadu National Park on the Mary River flood plains. A profusion of bird and wildlife are on the doorstep of a unique bush camp that exudes "Wild Bush Luxury" and brings a touch of style to a remote and beautiful wilderness.

Day 1. Darwin to Bamurru Plains. Board your charter flight from Darwin for Bamurru Plains. Bamurru is an exclusive safari camp built on the edge of the Mary River flood plains. Guest accommodation is in spacious and cool safari bungalows, each with an en suite bathroom and a private deck overlooking the surrounding wilderness. Bamurru Plains (2 nights)

Day 2. Bamurru Plains. This area is known for its wildlife and wallabies, dingoes, brumbies, buffalo, goannas and prolific birdlife. Perhaps climb aboard the airboats for an excursion across the flood plains, spotting crocodiles; or take a guided walk; or a gentle cruise down the River. In addition to the included activities Bamurru Plains can arrange scenic helicopter flights and specialist fishing guide (these are at additional cost).

Day 3. Depart Bamurru Plains. Transfer to Bamurru Plains' Airstrip for your charter flight to Darwin.

All meals, drinks and scheduled activities, air transportation from Darwin, Darwin hotel transfers, and all luxury air-conditioned accommodation.
