The Hotel offers 531 rooms and suites, elegantly decorated in luxurious, contemporary style. World-famous iconic views of Sydney from the guest rooms include sunrise over the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour and beyond.

All rooms include features to accommodate the business traveller – two-line telephones, data port/modem hook-up, high-speed Internet access and a safe large enough for a laptop computer.

Executive Club

Located on Level 32 of the Hotel, the Executive Club offers added amenities and services to all guests for a nominal fee.

The Presidential Suite features two spacious bedrooms and stunning views of Sydney Harbour from the Hotel's top floor.

• Major artworks are displayed in the sitting room, which occupies the whole northeast corner of the floor and offers generous seating space.
• The separate dining room seats eight comfortably and features an adjoining kitchen with separate access from an outside landing.
• The master bedroom includes a separate study/dressing room with a large, mirrored walk-in closet.
• The luxurious master bathroom offers a large, free-standing oval-shaped soaking tub, two vanities and a separate private shower; the second bedroom also features a private ensuite bathroom; and a guest powder room located off the entry vestibule.

Located on the top floor of the Hotel, the Deluxe Royal Suite features postcard vistas of Sydney, including views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

The Royal Suites offer the spacious feeling of a private apartment. Located on the Hotel's top floor, these suites offer Sydney and Harbour views.

Among the Spa's six treatment rooms is a suite especially for couples which features a private steam shower room, double whirlpool and twin treatment beds. Candlelight, sensuous aromas and calming music set the tone. Men's and women's change rooms each feature a steam room and sauna.

Elemis treatments

Exclusive to Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, all spa therapy treatments are by Elemis. Using caressing touch, exquisite aroma and a sense of ceremony, they seek to balance skin, body and mind, improving inner and outer health and beauty. All Elemis massages, body treatments and facials include a Thai foot-cleansing ritual, Indian scalp massage and 10 cultural touches from around the world.

Kable's, the Hotel's premier restaurant, offers a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. It enjoys a substantial reputation, in a city known for its exciting dining.

Accessed from the lobby's sweeping grand staircase, Kable's offers a cosmopolitan Australian menu in an elegant, contemporary setting of dark-stained parquet and rich carpeting. It seats 120, with private dining rooms available for 10 to 50 guests, and a chef's table in the kitchen with seats for up to 16 guests.

Chef’s table

Get behind the scenes for a unique culinary experience at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The chef's table, located in the garde manger, is a stainless steel work surface transformed into a dining table seating 10 to 16 guests.

Our chef creates a personalised five-course menu, each course expertly paired with wines from our extensive wine list. After dinner, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the kitchen, including chocolate tasting in the Chocolate Room.

The chef's table is offered Tuesdays to Saturdays from 7:00 pm. For reservations, please call 61 (2) 9250-3306. A 10-guest minimum applies, and a deposit is required at time of booking.

Enjoy Head Chef Carl Middleton's weekly two-course set lunch menu, offering an appetiser, a main course and a bread basket containing freshly baked rolls and lavosh. Groups of up to 40 people are welcome; reservations are required.

Kable's modern Australian cuisine features choice seafood, shellfish and beef. Signature dishes include:

• Western Australian marron, lobster orzo with tomato dust
• Suckling pig with apple and apple-star anise sauce
• Soft-cured petuna ocean trout with seaweed and baby radish salad with smoked sour cream

Fitness facilities

Offering comprehensive fitness facilities, the Spa and Fitness Centre occupies 350 square metres (3,767 square feet) on level three of the Hotel. It features a well-equipped fitness area with five upright and recumbent bicycles, as well as Lifecycles, StairMasters, treadmills (each with TV monitor and headphones), free weights and weight-training machines. This area also includes Swiss medicine balls, exercise and stretching mats, punching bags and gloves, and a water station.
