Tower Suites
All of our exquisite seven Tower Suites, including the world famous “Sissi-Suite”, are furnished with antiques in a specific historic European style, from Baroque or Renaissance to Biedermeier or Empire. Magnificent chandeliers and historic stucco will convey our guests into another era.

Country House Rooms (Jägerhaus)
Just opposite the tower is the Jägerhaus with its six country house rooms and suites furnished in the characteristic style of the Salzkammergut.

Lakeside Cottages (Seehäusl)

Schloss Fuschl Beauty-Spa
Indulge yourself and take in the unique atmosphere of the “Fin de Siècle” style in our new beauty spa with its magnificent mosaics and genuine antiques. The Spa encompasses more than 1,100 square metres of space where one finds nine treatment rooms, a workout studio, a modern sauna landscape with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, steam room, whirlpool and relaxing area with an open fire place, and spacious swimming pools with magnificent views over the lake. Unwind in the outdoor sauna area and whirlpool.

Anti-aging and Asian therapies are just some of the specialities. On request an individual therapy plan can be worked out following your medical check-up. One of the highlights is certainly a massage on the jetty.  

Fishery
Hotel Schloss Fuschl has the sole fishing rights on the lake. Lake Fuschl is richly endowed with many fresh water species. Gerhard, the master fisherman, would be delighted to help you discover the fascination of the lake and its underwater wildlife during a boat trip on the “Fuschler Zille” followed by an authentic fisherman’s snack. The whole smoked trout and char from Lake Fuschl are renowned not only throughout the region but also beyond. The smoked fish can be purchased in the kiosk at Schloss Ladl.

Golf
Just next to the Hotel Schloss Fuschl is the Fuschl Romanticcourse golf course. With its picturesque 9 holes it is perfect for a short round. Escape for 2 hours from the rest of the world... You are already a golf addict? The 18-hole Championcourse Eugendorf, partner of Arabella Golf, is just a few minutes away by car.

Schloss-Zille the Castle Boat
Breathtaking views to the Hotel Schloss Fuschl, the mountain panorama and the unique landscape around the Lake Fuschl can best be experienced on a boat trip. The Schloss-Zille can take up to 20 people and regularly crosses over to the Spa Village of Fuschl on the other side of the lake, which is just waiting to be explored.

Boat Hire
For peaceful hours on the lake there are romantic wooden rowing boats or alternatively, boats with an electric motor, called “Zille”, waiting for you in the boathouse at the jetty.

Vintage Cars, Limousines & Rolls-Royce 
Cruise along in one of our seven Rolls-Royce, vintage 1957 to 2005. Our chauffeurs and cars with such legendary names as “Silver Cloud II” and “Phantom I” are waiting for our guests to indulge themselves and go for a ride. . 

You prefer to drive yourself? Together with our partner “Dreams on Tour” we offer dream cars of the fifties and sixties. Enjoy a leisurely drive through the valleys in full blossom over picturesque mountain roads. An abundance of sights are just waiting to be discovered in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Europe. You need some help with planning your tour? A Road Guide can be organised in advance and will help you put together your personal tour. Should you wish to take your personal vintage car Road Guide with you on your journey of discovery through the Salzkammergut, he would only be too happy to accompany you. There are plenty of cars to choose from among others: Rolls-Royce, Austin Healey 3000 MK III, Jaguar E-Type Cabriolet, Mercedes 280 SL, Alfa Spider 2000, MG B.

You want to bring your own vintage car? No problem – to park your car in style we have separated part of the underground parking, where we have an additional security system. The garage as well as the windows and other entrances are under permanent video surveillance.

Schloss Fuschl Collection
The famous Schloss Fuschl Collection is quite unique for a hotel. In cooperation with the renowned art gallery Bernheimer Fine Old Masters, based in Munich, a valuable collection of paintings of Old Masters has been put together; otherwise unknown in the international hotel scene. Approximately 150 paintings and drawings, which the public would only expect to find in a museum, are presented in exclusive suites and specially selected public rooms in the Hotel Schloss Fuschl. All of the pictures are for sale.
 
Diana Chapel
Picturesquely set in the castle grounds is the Diana Chapel. A heritage of the Salt Baron, which he had specially built for his daughter Diana’s christening. Visitors can enjoy magnificent views towards the castle tower and the Lake Fuschl from this tranquil spot.

Castle Ladl   
You are looking for exclusive cosmetics, culinary delights or fine wines: most of the products used and produced on the premises can now be purchased in the charming “Schloss-Ladl”.  The Schloss Fuschl Torte (with apricot jam and champagne truffle cream, in three different sizes) and the delicious Fuschl Pralinés are presented for sale on original shelves of a kiosk of the 19th century. Furthermore, there is a choice of smoked fish from our castle fishery. The sauces, chutneys and jams have all been created and are prepared by Head Chef Thomas M. Walkensteiner and his team. There is a fine selection of teas which are also served in the library in the castle hotel. A special edition of the “Sissi” films – rightfully kept in a velvet-lined casket – makes a unique souvenir; after all Schloss Fuschl achieved great international fame after having featured the original setting for the films. The stamps, especially designed for the Hotel Schloss Fuschl, make another extraordinary souvenir.

Restaurant Imperial
Our Gourmet Restaurant Imperial, awarded three stars (Hauben) and 17 Gault-Millau-Points, serves extraordinary creations of the highest standard. Every night you can choose from three excellent eight- or ten-course dinners, served on the finest porcelain in a spectacular ambience with metal-interwoven tablecloths and black crystal candelabras. Thomas M. Walkensteiner, award-winning master chef and author of the “Anti-Aging Gourmet” cookery book, will treat you to his light, Eurasian cross-over creations. Why not try the sample menu and have each course accompanied by an excellent wine from our extensive wine cellar.  
 
Schloss Restaurant
Magnificent and truly royal: the Schloss Restaurant, with its superb terrace overlooking Lake Fuschl. Bask in the early morning sunshine as you enjoy your extensive breakfast buffet. This legendary lakeside terrace offers quality and service of the highest order. For lunch and dinner the restaurant serves typical Austrian delicacies and fresh fish from the hotel’s own fishery. Gourmets everywhere will appreciate the traditional specialities made from regional products together with a large selection of top Austrian wines and outstanding grand cru wines from France.  

Schloss Bar
Time will seem to stand still as you sip your drink under the 16th century Gothic vaulted ceiling. Surrounded by Old Masters from the Schloss Fuschl Collection, guests can savour the Austrian coffee house culture during the day with a Viennese coffee and home-made apple strudel. In the evening the open fire creates just the right cosy atmosphere for a pleasant conversation. On fine days, guests can enjoy their Austrian coffee specialities on the legendary lakeside terrace.  

Cigar Lounge
Cigar smokers will find a large selection of the finest cigars and cigarillos in our Cigar Lounge. Savour mellow moments in stylish surroundings as you sink into your leather armchair in front of the open fire and sample a digestif from our exclusive collection of Austrian schnapps.  

Vinothek
The historical vaulted Vinothek offers genuine relaxed hospitality in a setting that is perfect for savouring select and exclusive wines. Our sommelier and his team will be pleased to serve you outstanding wines and regional specialities. Invite your guests and friends for a wine tasting session while enjoying a spectacular sunset on the adjacent Diana terrace.  

Wine Cellar
It’s already become a legend, a well guarded treasure vault: the wine cellar of Hotel Schloss Fuschl. Exquisite vintage Bordeaux wines starting from 1900 and well selected rare Austrian wines mature and are stored here in the rock under the Great Hall. Our sommelier takes great pleasure to surprise gourmets with exquisite wines and every now and then even opens the gates to his treasure vault to dear friends of the house. It must be said, however, that the keys to the vault are kept safely in his pocket.  

Yellow Saloon/Library
While away the hours in the “Yellow Saloon" (“Gelbe Salon"), a small library in the tower. Meet for a typical English afternoon tea and enjoy tea varieties from all over the world together with not just thinly cut sandwiches, but other tea time creations. Here you will also find a large selection of newspapers, books and magazines.  

Jetty
We serve light summer delicacies and Mediterranean creations on the romantic hotel jetty just next to the boathouse. You can treat yourself to one of our elegant cool refreshments or just enjoy your day relaxing and sunbathing in the peaceful surroundings.  

Cookery Academy
If you are a keen hobby chef, you can watch our chef de cuisine, Thomas M. Walkensteiner, in action and appreciate what top-class table service really means. He will reveal the secrets of gourmet cooking, show you how to set a table and invite hobby chefs to try their hand in our award-winning kitchen.

Castle Coach House and Coachman’s Room:
The Coach House, home to our Rolls-Royce vintage cars and historic coaches, makes quite an extravagant setting for all kind of receptions. This former barn with its open fire hearth offers ample space for up to 200 people to celebrate and dine in a rustic, original manner. The 200 square metre room with its open roof and historic gable radiates a sophisticated nostalgic atmosphere, intensified by the antique flooring which has been laid with bricks from a century old country estate. This impressive, U-shaped building with its central court yard lends itself to open-air receptions. 

The „Kutscherstube“, the coachman’s room, is to the right of the atrium. The upper floor hosts the coach exhibition. The 60 square metre lower floor provides dining facilities for 20 guests. The flooring, wall panelling, banisters and roof timbers are made of wood taken from historical buildings, such as from the Duke’s former summer residence at the Lake Tegernsee. The crackling fire in the open fire place and the warmth of the tiled oven makes one reluctant to leave this cosy atmosphere.

ArabellaSheraton Hotel Jagdhof
The Fuschl resort is ideal even for larger functions: the ArabellaSheraton Hotel Jagdhof located just 600 metres from the chateau has a large ballroom, accommodating up to 500 persons, and a further 11 conference suites making it suitable for exclusive exhibitions, trade fairs or conferences.
