Simply put, Dvor na Moru leaves one reaching for superlatives - ‘exceptional', ‘stunning' and ‘unique' are a good start. Nestled in a sheltered bay among fragrant pine trees, Dvor na Moru offers a rocky shore and the crystal waters of the Adriatic. Sun yourself on the waterside terrace, take a dip or a speedboat ride from the jetty to explore along the coast. Then again, you might prefer to soak in the Jacuzzi from its shaded terrace with fabulous ocean views.

The villa, built of the distinctive local stone, rises in three stories, each with generous balconies to soak in the fabulous panorama of the sparkling sea and the Dalmatian islands in the distance. On the first floor are the kitchen and dining room, with alternative dining space and barbecue on the shaded terrace, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Up one level for the entrance, leading into a vast living area, with glass doors opposite opening onto the terrace with comfortable seating. Three more bedrooms on this floor. The top penthouse has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and its own lounge and kitchen, with sitting and dining options inside or out, on two spacious terraces with more wonderful views. All rooms have independent AC and heating.

The villa sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms, including 2 in the penthouse suite.  First floor: Bedroom 1 (twins, 35”) and Bedroom 2 (double, 58”) share large bathroom with tub and separate shower.  Second floor: Bedroom 3 (double, 58”) with ensuite bathroom with shower; Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 (both twins, 35”), each have private bathroom with tub/shower. Penthouse: Bedroom 6 (king, 71”), with doors to balcony, and Bedroom 7 (twins, 35”) share a large bathroom with tub/shower.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings and generous comfortable seating indoors and out. Open plan dining room adjoins the kitchen. Most rooms have direct access to a covered balcony or open terrace.

Besides the broad balconies and verandas on each level of the villa, there are other sitting areas tucked among the pine trees leading down to the water, including the terrace for the Jacuzzi. Waterside terrace with fresh-water shower, jetty with mooring for the speed boat.

Fully fitted kitchen with stone worktops and built-in breakfast bar. Choice of AC and heating in every room, satellite TV, plasma screen with home cinema system, DVD library, stereo system, books, board games, table tennis, fishing and snorkeling equipment.

Several towns and cultural sites on the island are worth a visit:  Sumartin (3min), Selca (5min), Bol (35min) and Supetar (45min).  Neighboring islands like Hvar (20min) and Korcula and the historic cities of Split and Trogir on the mainland are also worth exploring.  Other activities available include tennis, sailing, diving, paragliding, windsurfing, and kite surfing. Access to the island is by ferryboat from Split (40min) or small airport suitable for private planes.
