Days 1, 2 & 3 - Istanbul
Fly from Heathrow to Istanbul with British Airways for a three-night stay at the Ciragan Palace Hotel. A full day tour of the city, with lunch, is included on Day 2.

Breakfast included. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4 - On the Express
Visit the Asian side of the city before boarding the Express for the start of your journey.

Lunch and dinner included. Overnight on board.

Day 5 - Bucharest
Arrive Bucharest early afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the Athenée Palace Hilton hotel. City sightseeing is included en route to your hotel.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Overnight in Bucharest.

Day 6 - On the Express
Board the train in the morning for Budapest. A stop is made to visit the opulent, art-filled Peles Castle, built in 1873 for the King of Romania. Lunch is at a local restaurant.

Day 7 - Budapest
Arrive in Budapest for a city tour followed by lunch, before checking in to the Atrium hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 8 - On the Express
The train leaves in the morning for Vienna, where you have a short city tour before continuing to Venice.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Overnight on board.

Day 9 - Venice
Arrival in Venice mid-morning. Return British Airways flight to London Gatwick. Alternatively, you may extend your stay in Venice for a few days, please ask for details.
