Located on the 6th to 10th floors, the large and elegant Grand One-Bedroom Suites overlook Eduardo VII Park and Marques de Pombal Square. They feature replicas of Queen Mary II and King José I furnishings supplied by the Ricardo Espirito Santo Foundation.

Overlooking Eduardo VII Park and the Hotel's terraces, Varanda Restaurant is favoured for business lunches and dinners by the city's most sophisticated residents and discerning executives.

Breakfast and lunch feature a buffet renowned for its variety, while in the evening the pure, explosive tastes of fish, grills and Mediterranean vegetables form the backbone of the à la carte menu.

The culinary team of Executive Chef Stéphane Hestin and French Chef Sebastien Grospellier bring their vast experience from their work at Michelin star restaurants to the table at Veranda. Seats 80.

As one would expect from the Hotel's proximity to the ocean, seafood features predominantly on the menu, with caldeiradas and cataplana amongst the rich variety of authentic and diverse Portuguese dishes on offer.

Pool

The 18-metre (59-foot) indoor lap pool features captivating views over the Hotel gardens and Eduardo VII Park. Located in the Spa area, the pool is heated to between 26°C and 28°C (78°F and 82°F). The poolside Spa café features an all-day health-conscious menu, as well as delicious and restoring herbal infusion beverages.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
