Set on the cliffs at Ferragudo, Casa da Infanta faces west over the bay of Lagos within easy walking distance of a nearby fishing village. The estate grounds slope down to a sandy beach with private access. The villa itself has been completely refurbished by modernising the kitchen facilities but retaining its original character, with a private chapel, exposed stonework and beds still bearing the family coat of arms. There is also a lift for easy access between levels.

 Accommodation

Ground Floor:
• Entrance hall and cloakroom, private chapel, formal dining room, breakfast room and kitchen.
• Large living room with grand piano and music room both opening onto terrace.
• One twin and two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and the others with en suite bathrooms all opening onto terrace.
• Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with garden view.
• Children’s playroom with table tennis.
Lower Ground Floor:
• TV room with satellite TV, bar, cloakroom for use by the 12.5m x 5 m pool.
• Twin bedroom with sitting area/doors to pool terrace.
First Floor:
• Three twin bedrooms, one with sofa bed, two with en suite bathrooms, and with doors to sitting room and terrace.
• Triple children’s room with sofa bed and en suite shower room.
• Laundry room with two washing machines.

Staff
Resident housekeeper and gardener. Cleaning included five days a week. On request, the housekeeper will also prepare simple meals during alternate weekdays, at an extra cost.

Distances
Beaches 50 m away, Ferragudo (shops, restaurants) 30 mins walk, Faro airport 60 mins drive.
