This charming villa sits adjacent to an orange grove, and benefits from several terraces designed to make the most of the beautiful countryside. This unspoilt area of the Algarve is close to excellent beaches and championship golf courses, yet retains a sleepy charm with white washed villages and many inexpensive restaurants nearby. A small lawned area at the front of the villa extends onto grounds with exceptional views to the coast. Attractive terracotta tiled floors, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and an open-plan fireplace in the sitting room make up the interior, fully equipped with satellite TV and DVD player, plus a telephone. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace with steps down to the outdoor dining area. A spacious barbecue with granite table for eight is situated adjacent to a 12 x 5m swimming pool surrounded by gardens with olive trees. An all-weather professional tennis court is shared with its sister property Quinta da Caiada.
