This quintessential Alentejo monte is situated on top of a hill in a peaceful country location with uninterrupted views over wild meadows and cork trees to the sea. A terraced garden with many herbs and flowers surrounds the swimming pool (60 m) and pool house with W.C, gym, Jacuzzi and games room. There are some unprotected drops on the steps to the first floor and around the pool so young children would need to be watched.
Accommodation
Main House - Ground Floor:
• Double bunk bedroom, two double bedrooms all with shower and separate W.C., all accessed from the courtyard.
• Master bedroom suite with shower, separate W.C., dressing room.
• Open-plan sitting room with TV and DVD, drawing room with bar and music system.
• Well equipped kitchen/laundry room, dining room with indoor barbecue, opening to covered terrace.
First Floor:
• Double bedroom suite (low ceilings) with shower, separate W.C. and private terrace.
Guest Cottage (next to staff cottage and about a five minute walk away):
• Sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom with en suite shower room, twin/double and another twin sharing a shower room.
Staff
Resident couple plus extra maid to clean, shop, prepare and serve three meals a day and meet guests at the airport. Cost of food and beverages not included. Staff have one day off a week.

Grandola ten minutes drive, horse riding 15 mins, Aberta Nova (nearest beach) ten mins, Comporta beach 20 mins, Troia Golf course 30 mins, Lisbon 90 mins, Lisbon airport 120 mins.
