The Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona offers 148 rooms and suites, all with sea view and private balcony or terrace. Every room is approximately 42 m2 with a luxurious interior featuring a safe, minibar, Bang & Olufsen television, connection for modem/fax,WIFI service, direct dial phone, separate shower and bathtub, hairdryer, and balcony with sea views: The different categories are:

Suites

The Suites are laid out in two independent areas. Just as in the Junior suite, both the safari and the shell décor are available. The spacious living room consists of a bar-corner that includes a small refrigerator. The sofa that sits three and two armchairs complemented by a designer glass coffee table provide a relaxing space that is pleasantly lit by stylish lamps. The bedroom has a large bed and its own balcony. Facing the master bathroom, there is a roomy walk-in closet. The guest toilet can be accessed from the living room.

Junior Suite

The Junior suite has a surface area of at least 80 square meters. It is available in two different styles: safari style, which combines cream and brown shades with wildlife patterns or shell style, ochre cream tones mingling with marine features. It boasts a pleasant corner furnished with a glass table and comfortable sofa. The high-tech Bang & Olufsen television set, which is operated by remote control, includes a CD player. A roomy walk-in closet/dressing room, which is located just in front of the bathroom, is a perfect complement to a practical and comfortable layout.

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suite has approximately 100m2. It is a one bedroom Suite with independent living room and guest toilet. Luxurious interior with safe, minibar, two Bang & Olufsen televisions (one of them with integrated CD Player), connection for modem/fax, direct dial phone, separate shower and bathtub, hairdryer and balcony with side sea view.

Diamond Suite

The Diamond Suite has approximately 100m2. It is a one bedroom Suite with independent living room, with guest toilet. Luxurious interior with safe, minibar, two Bang & Olufsen televisions (one of them with integrated CD player) connection for modem/fax, direct dial phone, separate shower and bathtub, hairdryer and balcony with private sun beds and direct sea view.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite has approximately 120m2. It is a one bedroom Suite with independent living room, with guest little toilet. Luxurious interior with safe, minibar, two Bang & Olufsen televisions (one of them with integrated CD player) connection for modem/fax, direct dial phone, separate shower and bathtub, hairdryer, large balcony equipped with private sun beds and with direct sea view.

Royal Suite

The 150 m2 Royal Suite is located in a priviledged spot at the very top of the buildings. The suite is divided into two colonial style areas: the roomy living room includes a toilet, a bar-corner, a lounge furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a designer desk. A double bed occupies a central position in the bedroom. The spectacular headrest includes a dressing table cleverly fitted within the space between the wardrobe and bed.

The large terrace affords spectacular views over the extensive gardens and miles of Mediterranean coastline; unique views to the Coast of Malaga, the African Coastline and Gibraltar can easily be enjoyed while lying on private sunbeds. A second terrace, located above the suite, is equipped with a jacuzzi and beach chairs; the panoramic views from this vantage point are simply unforgettable.
