This spacious and stylish villa is set in a residential area with beautiful mountains as the backdrop. There are extensive gardens with fruit, berry, olive and pine trees and a wide variety of plants, with the 5m x 10m kidney-shaped pool, accessed by Roman stairs and with a shallow area for children, set proudly in the middle. The villa itself is built in a traditional style using local stone and fitted with the latest amenities of air-conditioning, central heating, satellite TV/VCR, and a newly installed eight person Jacuzzi. This villa’s location could hardly be better for a family holiday, in the quiet residential El Pinaret quarter of Puerto Pollensa, just 100 metres from the beach and a mere five minute walk to Puerto Pollensa's harbour restaurants and shops.
