Ground Floor:
• Huge open-plan air-conditioned living/dining room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling double-glazing on three sides opening onto large covered outdoor dining terrace. It is also equipped with a large flat-screen plasma TV with English Freeview/DVD/CD music system.
• Large luxury open-plan American style kitchen is excellently equipped.
• One twin and one double bedroom with air-conditioning, both with a small covered private terrace, sharing a luxury modern bathroom.
• Large garage/games room with pool table, table tennis and exercise machine.
First Floor:
• Master bedroom with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobe and luxury en suite bathroom.
• Twin bedroom with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
• Multi-purpose air-conditioned room with TV and X-Box that converts to additional accommodation for up to two persons on request.
• Luxury shower room with large walk-in black granite shower.
Staff
Maid service is included once a week on changeover day. Extra maid service on request.

Binibeca and Cala Torret beaches five mins drive, Sant Lluis ten mins, Mahon airport 20 mins.
