This charming stone house is situated in the north of the island, near the road connecting Pollensa and Alcudia. It has been built in a valley with other properties close by, but its privacy is ensured by a spacious lawned area with cypress trees marking the edge of the villa grounds which are surrounded by a fence. The interiors have wood beamed ceilings, stone walls and terracotta tiled floors, furnished with rustic Majorcan antiques and colourful fabrics. There is a lovely covered terrace for dining alfresco, which overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with wicker chairs and a dining table. From here a flight of stone steps lead down to the 9m x 5m swimming pool and expansive, irrigated lawn ideal for children. In the surrounding region there are clean beaches and quiet calas, as well as peaceful pine forests and spectacular sightseeing. A nature sanctuary with many rare birds, fish, amphibians and plants is nearby, a delightful place to relax and listen to the sounds of the land.
