Originally a farmhouse, this property is a traditional U-shaped design, with most of the rooms opening onto covered terraces, a central lawn and swimming pool area. The villa is perfect for families, with many facilities for children and thoughtful safety features such as decorative iron gates separating the pool area. The grounds contain a playground, lawns and a tennis court, with rackets and balls for hire. The fully fenced pool can be heated at extra cost, and has a slide, rounded steps and a shallow area. Adjacent to the pool is a summer kitchen and barbecue area, while the grounds stretch out to include orchards and pine forest. Its location is deep in the countryside with stunning mountains all around, but less than two kilometres from Pollensa’s beaches.

• Dining/sitting area with fireplace and large glass patio doors, leading to the garden and terrace.
• Well equipped kitchen leading onto a breakfast terrace and laundry room.
• Master bedroom with fireplace, dressing room and en suite bathroom.

• Twin bedroom with dressing room and shower room.
From the courtyard:
• Access to one twin, one double and one bunk bedroom, all with shower rooms en suite.
Annex:
• Double bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room.
