This spacious and very tastefully furnished property is set in four private acres of ground in a peaceful rural position between Manacor and Porto Christo. The accommodation is divided between a main house and adjacent guest house and studio, with the main living areas in the main house. The gardens are pretty and well maintained, and include a freeform 10m x 8m kidney shaped swimming pool with expansive sun terrace.

Los Almendros Accommodation

Main House - Ground Floor:
• Living/dining room with doors opening to the south and west onto the terrace with outdoor dining area, well equipped open-plan kitchen, laundry room.
First Floor:
• Two master bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en suite shower, the other with queen-size four-poster bed, en suite bathroom and balcony.
Studio:
• Accessed either from the kitchen or garden with simple double bedroom, kitchen corner and shower room.
Guest House (attached to the main house but accessed from outside only):
• Small sitting room with kitchenette, one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a shower room, both with private terraces and TVs.

Staff
Maid service included two - three hours a day, three days a week.

Distances
San Lorenzo (village, shops) five mins drive, Manacor (shops) ten mins, Casa Millor and Porto Christo (beaches) 20 mins, Palma (airport) 75 mins.
