Situated in the unspoiled northeast of Majorca, close to Manacor and away from the tourist areas, San Lorenzo is a beautiful farmhouse, restored by a leading local architect and interior designer. Original features have been retained in the spacious interiors and tasteful furnishings are in keeping with the gracious and traditional atmosphere. In summer, rooms open up to terraces and covered eating areas. In cooler months, comfort is maintained through the use of fireplaces, and underfloor heating. There is a resident dog at the property that is not allowed in the house.

San Lorenzo Accommodations

All on one level:
• Large living room with original beamed ceilings, fireplace, TV and music system.
• Dining area, opening to a terrace, small sitting room/office.
• Well equipped kitchen, cloakroom.
• Double bedroom with four-poster bed and exterior covered entry to shower bathroom.
• Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower.
• Garden entrance to twin bedroom with en suite shower bathroom.

Staff
Resident couple to provide maid service five days a week, including gardens and pool , and to provide breakfast and one other meal, lunch or dinner, per day. Thursdays and Sundays are days off.

Distances
Manacor ten mins drive, San Lorenzo 12 mins, beaches 15/20 mins, golf 15 mins, Palma (airport) 50 mins.
